    I got my pre-seed today... and 4 BFP's!!!!
It's good stuff, you order it and the day it arrives it's worked lol!

Bit scared to get too excited, officially due on tomorrow but could have been today, every test just showed up faint but pink today (3 cheapies and one first response)
Can't believe it really, husband doesn't believe it either (well we do but we don't, but we really do lol!)

Not feeling too great, very uncomfortable, like pulling twinges in the left above my pubic bone and hot to the touch again, i'm hoping this is all normal. thought I had come on earlier as I bent forward and it felt almost like I'd pee'd myself but it was very watery cm (normal? I don't know! not my normal). No period pain as such but it's in my head it could arrive. All in all on tenterhooks. Think in a weeks time it'll have sunk in and can make an appointment to see the doctor.

Going to read back as I just jumped to get this down!

to add to my symptoms: last night I was lying on my back on the sofa and I felt like i was on a stretching machine, and I kept getting niggleing pains on the left side (and i got ov pains on the left) - skin red hot (bbs and belly) felt uncomfortable and weird.

Today had loads of runny cm going on, still hot to the touch, bbs feel fuller and sore on the sides a bit, still getting these twinges, feels kind of worrying, so I'll not be jumping for joy till i get told by the doctor all is ok.

    xx

    Hi Supergirl,

New to the board - is this your first month at trying or are you an expert at it now? ;-p

My cramps were quite bad yesterday, so that was 3 days of it now. It is a strange feeling. I know it isn't ovulation pain as I have experienced that seberal times over in the past seven months of being off the pill monitoring my cycling before time for baby making.

My fingers are crossed for you!

OOh 3 days of cramping! Well all I can say is this was my biggest giveaway that something was different! Scary different though I have to say. i've read some people just felt twinges I was very uncomfortable as if something could be wrong but i was really constipated at the same time, I htink that had something to do with it. I never went for a week!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.:j

And lol yeh first month trying but now a baby expert :D actually i know nothing about babies - scary, dont even know how to change a nappy!

    Congratulations supergirl!

It all sounds fine to me, but I'm sure you really will feel better once bubs has been settled in there a little while longer.

    Brilliant news!

Is it best I buy an ovulation testing kit when Im ready to ttc or is taking temperature reliable enough?
Also..is there anyone on here trying to concieve a certain sex of baby? If so what are your methods? My OH would like a daughter (my daughter is from a prev relationship) so thought it be worth a go,but obviously we wouldn't be upset if we were to concieve a boy.

Apparantly if you want a girl you don't bd on day of ov, how true is that I don't know?

Just to add what might have done it so quickly for us is I lost 5 stone, well i put some on (10lbs) and i took up lifting weights 2 years ago, quite heavy for a girly (30lbs) and I got my body fat down to normal even though I'm overweight. I have taken vitimins for about 2 years now - I also eat a lot of protein, whey protein powder in particular in milk shakes, I drink alot of milk really, and eat alot of eggs, no meat and just fish. I changed my whole diet and lifestyle quite quickly really and have been maintaining for a year.. however.... I am a caffein addict which apparantly is supposed to not be very good. My husband doesn't drink and neither do I, and he's also a caffein addict - he lost some weight and lifted weights too - I can't say for certain any of this made any difference at all but who knows? I wonder if the high protein has anything to do with it? I also changed to low carb high fat although didn't follow that plan very strictly, just sort of tried to stick to it for the most part (i know... I sound so boring :rotfl:)

Wow! Congratulations Supergirl!! You must be sooooooo excited :j :T

I'm still holding out - no sign of AF today, but still convinced it's going to arrive. Tomorrow will officially be a day late. Your BFP has urged me to keep thinking positive thoughts.

I'll enjoy a nice cold glass of squash for you
