Although thinking about it I am really grouchy at the moment so it probably is AF, in a strange way I would be pleased as it means my cycles are hopefully getting shorter.

Hopefully your cycle is getting shorter (I always hate that I have a 5 week cycle -I get thinking that I miss out on 3 cycles a year compared to some people). Another possibility is that that could be a sign towards you ovulating. Friends of mine say that they get PMT type symptoms as they are ovulating. Just thought it might be another way to spot ovulating....;)

Kathy72, I think we will prob be testing at around the same time again!

Since my coil came out I think my body is still trying to sort itself out. Although having said that I have had some back pain, boobs aching and a bit of pain in one side, so I'm guessing that they're all signs that AF is on its way again, oh joy!
    xx

Um, I know what you mean...I feel like I'm all over the place too! My nipples have been absolutely unbearable since the mirena came out :o

I have also been feeling achy in the general womb area so I think like you my body is probably gearing up for the next AF...oh hum...

  • Well, it's taken a little while but I've pulled myself together now. Thank you all sooooo much for your lovely, supportive comments. It made me cry again, but in a nice way! Had a long chat with OH and we're moving on, slowly but surely.

    Jiblets1 - So true - thank you.

Merlot - Fingers crossed, but at 41 , not too tightly!

My-Fathers-Daughter......I know exactly how you feel as I worked in a male dominated environment for years. My tip? Deep breath, imagine them doing/wearing something stupid and say to yourself "It's a good life, if you don't weaken". Walk back out there with your head held high!

The very best of luck to you all - fingers very tightly crossed!

sorry to hear your news and see your sad face.

understand how you are feeling, although i appreciate i am only on my second full month of TTC but i do understand the disapponitment.

lots of baby dust to you and enjoy the baby dancing for the next month :p
  • :A Thanks for your kind words ladies. I think my hormones are just all over the place at the moment. Part of me is hoping that the crying (SO unlike me) is because I am pg, part of me knows that I am only on month 2 of being off the pill so even without being pg my body is not sure what is going on!!

Went home and had a big old cry yesterday, then hubby came home and took me for a walk around the field at the back of our house to let me rant!! Kind of like exercising a dog, you know that they will run out of steam sooner or later :D

Then we went to the pub :o which got me to thinking - what are you girls doing with regard to abstaining from stuff? I am half-heartedly abstaining from some things (during the latter half of my cylce) but not really worrying until a BFP comes along...

    xredwebx - :kisses3:

maggiemaybe - nice to see you back on here, I wish you all the luck in the world in moving forwards, keep strong.

    Babydust to all :D

Glad your OH gave you a good opportunity to let off some steam. I seem to be able to hold myself together mostly at work, but has soon as I see my OH, it all just comes flooding out.

As for abstaining from stuff, i am not a smoker so that isn't something I have to worry about. I am not a big drinker either, but I am putting a stop to that at the moment. Thinking along the same lines as you as that is something I will stop when the BFP comes.

I must admit that I am partial to a bit of wine! However, since we have been TTC I have been having some shandy instead!!!!! If AF arrives this month I think that I will treat myself to some wine and then go back to my shandy drinking...

The other stuff such as the cheeses etc I'm not touching (that's killing me as I love my stilton and brie!!!!!) and I don't smike so that's not a problem either...

    I'm a lurker but thought i'd post.

Well, guess I'm officially TTC, didn't go for my depo injection last week. I know it could be a long long wait, and time could be against us as I'm 36, but hey it'll be fun trying. However, not looking forward to the joys of AF again, if and when they eventually reappear!

Good luck and fingers crossed to you all.
