Impact on the UK Econemy when Turkey Joins the EU in October

There is a secret plan by the EU for a social union, but the legislation is being held back until after june, presumably because british people would not welcome it.
The social union wants to take control of the UKs pensions, minimum wage and benefits system, along with the secret EU army they are planning - i really do wonder what this country will be reduced to in say 20 years if they carry on at this rate.0 -

I meant I'd like to see a source for your statement that you've read 11% of Turkish muslims are ISIS sympathisers, please.
It's a pretty huge thing to say about a nation isn't it, and 11% is a very specific number, so it would be interesting to consider number of people interviewed and so forth, and to see if the statement comes from a credible source.
I can't see this statement in the link you've posted, unfortunately.
Where exactly did you read it? Can you please give links to the other articles you refer to above? Thanks0 -
Yeah sure, this is From the article above:
In August 2014, Turkish polling service MetroPOLL found that "11.3 percent of Turks did not view ISIS as a terrorist organization."[9] That figure may appear marginal, but it is actually horrifying. If a mere 11.3 percent of Turks think generously of ISIS, there are nearly nine million Turks sympathetic to jihadists. Even if a fraction of these sympathizers decided to join the jihad, then tens of thousands of new jihadists might be willing to fight in Iraq and Syria or inside Turkey if they thought that Ankara were allied with the West against their Salafist comrades.0 -

And you have a link to those "facts", I suppose.0 -

if the same proportion of the turkish population came to the UK as that of poland we would expect about 1.5 million.
given the ethnic and other problems of turkey then that would be reasonable to assume twice that so lets say 3 million
Lets guess that half would go to London, making the prospect of any young person in London living in a family sized house unattainable in many parts.
Turkey is already twice as rich as Poland was when Poland joined and importantly when Poland joined the polish did not have the option to go to France and Germany so the UK received a disproportionately large figure which has a multiplier impact later on.
My guess would be the number of Turks that come to the uk will be similar on a per capita basis as the number of Italians0 -

Thinking a group isnt x or y is different from acting like x or y.
Plenty of people in England thought the IRA was doing what needed to be done even some MPs. lets just say it was 5% of the UK that thought that, does that mean 5% of the UK would go join the IRA or do what they do?0 -
Also...you did notice that research was conducted before Isis started kicking off in Turkey, right? Awareness has rather increased during the past 18 months (understatement)...it would be interesting to repeat the exercise, but unfortunately the company doesn't appear to operate in this area of research any more.
Out of curiosity, what do you think of the Express as a source (also cited p1)? The IPSO decision that they made up articles that were "inaccurate" and "unsupported by data" is a slight concern, no?.

since we are guessing, I think that at least 3 million will come and that 90% will come to london (based on current habitat of Turkish people in the UK)
so the population of london will increase from about 8 million to about 10.7 million (plus of course other immigrants ) so lets asay about 11.5 million : absolutley no hope for young Uk born people to live in a family sized house
we have to remember that Turkey is a dysfunctional, corrupt, extremist, undemocratic country which will mean far more people will come here that from Italy.0
