AA Quidco Cashback Declined...

must admit folks ive got my AA money that tracked in quidco so not sure whats happened.

My AA enquiry is still awaiting process after tracking and then being declined. I don't use another cashback site and if I had then it wouldn't have tracked to Quidco. AA just ducking paying and it makes Quidco look bad. Quidco needs to act to restore faith in it's operation.

i got the same points but after i emailed them and they told they would give me the bonus points as well in 28 days,i hope they do
oh and i gave them the code from nectar for the bonus points

I bought AA car insurance via Quidco on 31 Aug - should have £70 cashback, but it hasn't even tracked yet. My enquiry went in last week - awaiting processing still. Not at all happy about this. Are we allowed to complain to the AA directly, if we get no joy through Quidco?

still nothing for me too, we could do with quidco giving us an update on the thread!

I am still confident this will be sorted out - the same thing has gone wrong to too many people for it to be down to us all to have signed up incorrectly. It seems more likely it's down to a fault at their end.

The only other alternative is that AA are deliberately trying to renege on the cashback promise which is clearly not on!

Hopefully my cashback will be okay ? My Quidco earnings for July states -

Date Merchant Amount Earnings Status Payment Date

31 Jul 2007 21:47:05 AA UK 29.40 25.00 validated~ Sep 2007

I didn't try & combine it with the Nectar points offer & I only use Quidco.
Also I clean out cookies before using Quidco.
What does everybody think?

Sounds like you should be ok, mine went straight from "tracked" to "declined" I never got to validated which I believe is the same for a lot of other people here.
