Hi - has anyone had this resolved? I didn't get my cashback in the end and I don't know what to do next. I can't seem to find any contact details at Quidco. Should I be contacting them or AA to resolve this?

All I am after is a "precise" reason why I didn't get paid - the purchase definitely tracked so that isn't the problem here.
If I had a pound for every time I didn't play the lottery...
• I noticed today that my £21 cashback on £28 AA policy through quidco was declined, no idea why. have sent an enquiry to quidco and am going to complain to AA at customersuport@theaa.com
i have never had problems with quidco paying before including payments of £30 and £40 so i don't think it's them. Will be moving back to RAC next year and never again the AA

might be better starting a new thread rather than post on a 3 year old one...might get a better response?

Lolz at the 3 year old thread :j

But, on the same topic, the AA didnt give me the full cashback.... boo!
• Quidco did not credit the correct amount of cashback for the home insurance I took out via their website recently, so I just cancelled the policy under the distance selling regulations - you can cancel without reason within 7 days of ordering items online, by post or ordered in your home. No trouble getting the refund from the insurance co.

It was a waste of time for everyone concerned - the insurance company, quidco and myself. Quidco gave some mumbo jumbo about the correct amount might not be posted at first but will be later, but I don't buy it. Do it properly Quidco or I get cashback elsewhere.

Hi,

As advised by Torby - this is an old thread. We do have a thread on here that I read daily - here is the link - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2036555.

However, this doesn't replace our excellent customer support system. Do raise a support message via the support page in your Quidco account if you have a query or a concern about one of your purchases and one of the QuidCare team will get back to you within 24 hours.

@BaldacchinoR - I am sorry you feel this way but you have been advised correctly by Quidco. The tracking is not done by Quidco and the transactions and cashback amounts are automatically uploaded into our system by merchants and their affiliate networks. Some merchants do track at a lower amount initially and then update later on in the process. This is quite common. If they don't update the transaction to the correct amount, we can always send off an incorrect cashback query to them to obtain the shortfall for you. This is a normal part of the cashback process and is not unique to Quidco. We know it's not ideal and we do speak to merchants and networks about it for constant improvement for our customers.

I won't post on here again as I post on the Quidco thread but I hope this has helped.

Kind regards,
Jules
