Surely if the problem is so widespread, AA/Quidco can see that the problem has to be at their end, not a mistake by several hundred/thousand customers? They can then rectify it?
If I had a pound for every time I didn't play the lottery...

    Hi everyone,

We are looking into this to see if there is an error but we do need any Quidco members to submit an enquiry if their transaction was declined incorrectly. We do not hold the information ourselves as this status is passed to us through the tracking provider. Once an enquiry is submitted we can and will get you an individual response from the AA.

To submit an enquiry please log in and go to:

But does a transaction not need to be tracked before it is declined??? the fact that it is declined means that it must have tracked correctly or am I missing something?? Also people have been submitting enquiries but having done this with quidco myself this takes forever before we get to know the outcome.
Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????

Totally agree. Also, I have already put in an enquiry, which was unsuccessful (apparently "The affiliate network investigated and found that this transaction was credited to a site other than quidco"). I know for a fact my cookies were fine and I did not use any other link than the one on quidco's site.

Thanks Quidco - but quite a few of us have already submitted enquiries and still not got the cashback. Is there anything further we can do?
