Hophop I don!!!8217;t think it could be implantation bleeding because it got quite heavy, although that seems to have only last around 30 hours! I!!!8217;ve had short AF!!!8217;s before so I think it could just be that. I had to do a pregnancy test for the CB trial today, and it was BFN as totally expected. I have my app with the Doctor tomorrow so at least with the bleeding only being a little when I wipe now she should be able to examine me.
HappyLassie I would like to echo what all the other ladies have said and pass on lots of hugs. I couple of nights away for you and OH sounds like a great idea. It is definitely a time when you need to soon come together. I hope the bleeding stops soon for you.
Celepie congratulations! I hope your bean as a little sticky one!0 -

LKRDN_Morgan Welcome to the thread
It is so hard to not get your hopes up isn't it? Our bodies like to test us sometimes, which is frustrating. I hope you get a BFP soon though! Are you going to test again in a few days?

Yeah I!!!8217;m going to try and hold out till next week. If AF hasn!!!8217;t arrived by Monday I!!!8217;ll retest. If still BFN I dont know if it!!!8217;ll be worth a visit to the GP? Will they actually do anything different?0

LKRDN_Morgan I don't think the GP will do anything at this stage, as it can be 'normal' to have a long cycle every now and again. I had a 49 day one and a 45 day one. I was seeing the doctor about something else and asked her and she said they would only do something if you have missed 2 or 3 periods, so when your on about CD 80-100. However, as you have been TTC for so long your doctor may take some action. Have you had any tests in the 5 years you have been TTC?
Hophop Thank you. I have been for my Doctors app and the doctor said I do have cervical ectropion, which a few of you mentioned. She has done some swabs to test for infections and said as we are TTC she will refer me to the gynecologist once the tests are back to be 100% certain. I am really relieved with this as I would prefer that it is fully checked. She mentioned that if it is causing bleeding they gyne could 'burn it off'. Yikes! Have any of you had this done? Was it painful?

Glad it was nothing too sinister, PKK! Although I share your 'yikes' at the 'burning it off' suggestion. Sounds like you have a great doctor though who is really proactive.
LKRDN_Morgan, usually doctors won't see you until you missed three periods. Sometimes women have anovulatory cycles (cycles without ovulation) or delayed ovulation and that's pretty normal, although very annoying when TTC! But after five years you should be getting intervention from fertility specialists !!!8211;!have you asked your doctor about it? After one year you should be able to access testing for you and your partner on the NHS.0
