Thanks ladies! I think the smiley face one is best for me... I want it as simple as possible! I will order it next week after Christmas is finished. I have come down with the lurgy today, which is very frustrating! I have so much to do I don't have time to be ill! haha Bless OH, he braved Tesco with me to do the food shop as I said I would struggle alone. We have got pretty much everything but there was a few things out of stock or that I want to be fresh so will nip for those on Sunday first thing!

I would rather love to have a BFP to update before the new year, so I am sending lots of baby dust to those of you still in the running!

Still getting negative opk. I do seem to have ewcm still though? Although I'm not super confident at deciding what is and isn't I'm pretty sure it is (and has been for a while!)

So ladies I got some amazing news this morning, I tested and got a BFP!!! I don't think it's fully sunk in just yet.

I wasn't going to test until Christmas morning but we are meeting some friends this evening and knew there would be drinking involved. I used a cheap test which I could see almost immediately came up. I then had a frantic search around the house for my frer ones that I bought last month which came up quickly.

OH was at work so I took the opportunity to go shopping and bought some CB tests and a pair of little boots, he always calls me little feet so I thought this would go down well. I wrapped the CB test (shows 1-2 weeks) and the boots and gave them to him about half an hour ago. He's been smiling ever since.

I really thought I was out, we only dtd once which although I knew was times fairly well I had few symptoms. I had no
Implantation bleed, no sore boobs etc. All I've had is an upset stomach for around a week and a bit of backache and cramping but the last 2 symptoms I often get and I put my tummy down to eating out so much recently.

If you don't mind I don't want to leave the group just yet, it's been an amazing support for months and I've really enjoyed hearing others advice and experiences. For me it is so nice speaking to people who really understand and cares, I've looked at lots of forums online and this is the friendliest by far.

PKK - hope you are feeling better and that you managed to get your last Christmas bits. I braved both Asda and Sainsbury's today and it was hectic

Selement- sounds like OV may have passed now hopefully you managed to catch the right time.

CB advanced ovulation tests- I fully recommend, this was the second month I'd used them. I had flashing smiley on the Friday, dtd on Saturday morning and forgot to do a test but did one on Sunday and had the static smile

Thank you, I can't believe it!
Think we are leaning towards telling them on Christmas Day, there's no way they would believe me if I was turning down drinks... think it's the worst time to be trying to keep it secret. Feel so nervous to share the news as it's still very early.

WOOHOO Dot.1991 that is absolutely amazing and I am so happy for you! What a wonderful Christmas gift for you both. We would love for you to stay for a little while. I am definitely getting the CB advanced ovulation tests now! haha

Well my discharge was pretty much zero yesterday, so I am confused even more now! Although I am ill which might explain that. I did do a test a couple of days ago as I just wanted to know if AF was likely to come early. It was negative as I expected, but still no proper AF. It isn't due till tomorrow according to Ovia so I'll stick with my plan of testing tomorrow. I have bought a few cheap sticks to keep on hand.

Off to aldi and tesco this morning to get the last handful of bits then it is all about enjoying Christmas Eve with my husband and stepchildren. I am so excited!

I think my cm is no longer ewcm so I expect I'm now in two week wait . Not overly hopeful for this month but feeling ok about it. Time to enjoy Christmas!
