Would you recommend taking vitB? I'm currently only taking folic acid but would appreciate any advice

I have PCOS and was discussing with my GP that even though I'm thankful to now have some sort of cycle going many years with it being sporadic it was frustrating the cycle length being so long. My GP said she would speak to a colleague and then wrote to me to say Vit B6 and B12 are shown to help irregular cycles. I have noticed on the months I remember to take it every day before OV I end up with a shorter cycle. She did tell me to just take it in the first part of my cycle and to stop after OV.

On that note defo OV'd yesterday. Can I please be updated to 1dpo CD24.

Well, it went better than I expected. CD10 on round 1 I only had 1 follicle, but apparently this time I have 4- two at 14mm, and 2 at around 12mm. So my body clearly reacts to Clomid, just gotta wait and see if one of these follicles and actually drops this time round!
  • Hi. CD2 here. Sorry, was sulking a bit. Trying not to wallow and look to the future now. We've got our follow up appointment booked for 2 weeks time, so hopefully we'll get some answers re what to do next. If anything.

Sorry you've had such a difficult time athensgeorgia

Glad your scan went well Spooney

Things sound positive Freddie - hope AF stays away

Sorry you're feeling stressed and emotional Lily_Rose. I often think it's stress that's spoiling things for us too. Work is always stressful.

Dot, you sound in a positive frame of mind, fingers crossed for you thins month. Positivity can only help!

Are you ok Zeni? Thanks for doing the list.

    Hi all

11 days "late" but have had some brown spotting today which could go either way but I've a feeling I'm out this month. Annoyingly took a Tesco test yesterday which was a faint "positive", and another today, before finding forums of women condemning these tests as they apparently always show a faint positive result for everyone. Pah. So basically, none the wiser for me!

Good luck to you all x
  • Fingers crossed thrift! As you say spotting like that is common in early pregnancy - hoping it is that for you.

Get another test - we've used Morrisons and Sainsburys ones and both definitely work.

Still no AF here. CD37 but that's only one day over compared to last month. As they vary it's hard to tell how overdue it is but average is probably about 33 or 34 days.

She's still having cramps that feel like they could be onset of AF but they started several days ago. If it's still a no show - we'll test on Saturday.

Glad the scan went well Spooney

@athens I'm sorry your having such a rough time of it hun

@freddie fingers crossed for you guys.

@dot all moved hun glad your feeling positive this month :)

    @spooney
that's great news hoping the best for you hun x

@sloth I think its completely normal to feel that way! I've been in quite a downer these last few days and finding it hard to shake.

@thrift fingers crossed for you hun, I've always seen that pink dye test such as first response can be easier to read if getting some faint marks.

I'm feeling a bit down these last few days finding it really hard to shift.. think I just got myself way to high last month and had a big fall...I may have a lttle break from here for a little bit as think maybe its making me a tad obsessive about it and need to just chill out according the to OH  think he might be right though as cried on him alot recently!
does anyone fancy taking over the lists? If not I will do them but don't think it will be every day x

Just wanted to pop in to say massive good luck to everyone as always but Zeni I'm sorry you are feeling so low at the moment. It's a rollercoaster but will all be worth it in the end.

Hope you manage to take some time to chill and look after yourself x
