Hi Cats, Yes I'm taking it before getting out of bed (had to do it 10 mins earlier than normal this morning as woke up needing a wee!) but it's within a 10 minute window every morning

Hey kirtsypoos, will update you. It only takes once, so fingers crossed for you.......

Temps don't change until after OV. I usually see a dip on the day of OV and then a rise afterwards....

If you click on my name in the list, you can see my charts. I have a few weird ones but you'll see a temperate shift. Look at October and scroll down a bit to the July and June. You'll see how the temps rise after OV and are generally higher than before OV..... charts will a solid Red Cross show the OV day

Thanks twigpig.... I'm sure I'll get used to these things! Glow has given me a coverline at last so I can see where I am in relation to that at least. I did have a dip on the day i got a positive OPK and then it has been slowly rising so I'm just stressing for no reason

I must have miscalculated or my body's playing tricks but CD1 please twig. On the plus side my cycle has been a more respective 34 days this month. If this carries on it just means more chances.

My BBT thermometer and sticks arrived. Am I right in thinking do the temp straight away when wake up and sticks in the afternoon?

Zeni, yeah that's right. Take your temp before you do anything, even getting up. And opk in the afternoon

Try to take temp approx the same time every morning too Zeni. You'll soon get into the swing of it
