Hi everyone, sorry for being AWOL. Had a rough start to the New Year with a stressful situation but all well again now.

Got tearful reading the thread since I last visited

Orangecandle, Hotcookie and Munchkin, I am so sorry for you all and hope you are getting the support you need. I am generally okay until AF arrives and my emotions all come out, the passing of my due date has helped too as that was like a weight lifting. I had put a lot of pressure on myself to become pregnant by then (New Year's Day) as if that would magically help me cope but I was kidding myself really.

My New Years' resolution therefore is to relax more and have a more 'it will happen, just chill out' mindset. I think the stress we've just undergone has made me realise that there other great things in my life and I need to be more appreciative too.

So I'm CD20 and 5DPO and in a good frame of mind

PS - I've lost over a stone on Slimming World too :j

Rachy that's amazing news about Slimming World!!

The posts made me teary too, it's crazy how I genuinely come to care about people I've never met. I think it's just because so many of us have been on quite a rollercoaster, so unlike some "real world" friends we really do understand each other.

I hope you all don't mind me dropping in, I know it must be weird when I'm obviously pregnant now but I remember it all so vividly and I myself almost needed someone to show me there was light at the end of the tunnel. If I'm ever not doing that, please do tell me and I'll stay away!

I feel the same and certainly don't want you or any of the others who have become pregnant to stop posting. I think it's wonderful that you still think of us.

I sought out some of the previous posters recently who got their BFP at the same time as me to see what they had. I posted on the pregnancy thread and not sure if they saw it but I wanted them to know I was happy for them. We've all had a journey here and have the same goals

Congrats on the slimming world results Rachy. I need to start again.
I'm going to get back into swimming once I'm better.
Losing some weight will help me feel better about myself and it can't hurt ttc either.
It's true what people are saying about genuinely caring for people you've never met before, but we do. It's lovely to know there are people rooting for each other on this sometimes really rubbish journey, as there aren't always people in the real world we can talk to.

Hey rachylou, nice to see you back . I can't imagine how difficult it must have been over the holidays. You're amazing for trying to find positivity. I'll pop you on the list, baby dust on the way......... well done on the weight loss too!

So true on how my heart breaks every time I see those messages. I share with my hubby too. I'm lucky to have 2 kids and they didn't come easily at first but I've been there trying and trying and getting no where. You never forget how that felt. I really do feel for you ladies. If I could postpone by BFP to give to you, believe me, I would.... I honestly would. I hope everyone here gets a BFP and I am sure everyone will, one day

I'm at CD1. At least, I'm eating healthy again and losing weight again so I'll be more healthy the longer it takes to get my BFP. That's all good with me for now.......
