DSM348, welcome, hope your stay is short. My cycles were all over the place when we were ttc the first time, but I did fall pregnant and have an easy pregnancy, so fingers crossed for you! It’s not for everyone but eventually I got the ovulation sticks out which is what did the trick for us.

twigpig well done on the weight loss! I’m currently on WW at the moment, so i know how hard it is to lose/maintain.

Chelle22 I think running is ok while ttc, but I have heard that sometimes long-term ttc-ers are advised to cut down if they are having fertility issues. I believe in the majority of cases it’s fine to continue exercising.

a fresh start not sure if I can advise you, hopefully someone else will be able to, but I think it would be unlikely to get symptoms so soon?

Zeni welcome to the thread I am a bad example but I came off the combined pill in June 2013 and my cycles were irregular until I fell pregnant a year later. That’s not the case for most people though - a work colleague of mine has just stopped the pill a couple of months ago and is already back to normal!

please can I be updated to CD13? I will try and post more often! Hope everyone had lovely Christmases xx

Hey sulphate. How are you doing at WW? Never done that. Done SW a few times but now just use myfitnesspal and stick under my calories. That's worked the best of everything but like anything, it works when you're motivated

Kirtsypoos, what do you like about glow? I've come across that in a ttc blog.

It's very simple twigpig, I looked at ovia but it made me anxious because it seemed so in depth and complicated.

Glow seems to be very simple so far, but maybe it's because it's the first one I used and got used to. I'll stick with glow for now and see what happens, I may return to ovia at some point

Sorry to hear your news Orange. I feel for you having been there myself. I can't tell you the pain will go because a year later I'm still suffering but I can tell you it gets better. So many people said this to me and I thought there was no way it could but honestly it does.

Here's another one to positivity Butterfly. I joined Slimming World on Wednesday. And even though I OV'd Sunday and we only dtd Thursday and Saturday, so our chances may be low, I still feel quite optimistic. I know I can get pg it's just a case of when. I also feel a little better knowing my cycle length is improving.

I joined Slimming world last week too. Hoping it will help ti loose a bit of weight.. not particularly helping with the wine and choc zoneness right now!

My BBT thermometer is due to arrive today, so that will be put to good use as soon as it's here and I'm going to start checking CM today (sorry if TMI) as I want to cover all bases!

I was thinking the exact same thing. When I post a TMI thing I still apologise even though I know these things crop up all the time and you can't be squeamish around here.
