Just at the end of AF now. FF predicts OV at 19th Nov. Lol. Hopefully it will turn up a little sooner or it might takes us forever with so few cycles in a year........

Argh twigpig I feel your pain that was our problem. My cycles were all 35-45 days, plus a couple of crazy ones. We worked out we had actually only had max 8 "chances" in the over 14 months it took to conceive, realistically we're not sure I ov'd each time so may have been less!

AF heavier today & yesterday so I'm going to call I'm now on CD3. Onto shiny new cycle & fx I actually ov this time.

Congratulations Newsthrift, I had a feeling with the boobs symptoms. Wonderful news and I hope all goes well. Don't blame you for wanting to stay here for a bit, I'd be the same. I think I'd be hoping to get an early scan too - is that something you'd consider?

Thanks for all your lovely comments re: my situation. Saver-j, it sounds like we should know in about 4 weeks and I am confident that OH will either get a job within the company or he won't be unemployed for long. I am trying to look on the bright side that if I skip November for TTC, it means I can have a boozy and stress free Christmas without trying to hide any potential pregnancy.

Thanks rachy. We said a couple of months ago we would discuss the option of an early scan when we fell again so will discuss with DH. Although it will mean paying as the midwife has already advised it isn't available in our area unless there has been 3+ MC which is fine. I don't feel strongly either way about it atm, just very calm.
Glad you are keeping positive and that is so true with if you end up skipping November you will get a more stress free Christmas season without people's expecting eyes

I have a line on my ovulation stick - and not just the test line. Such a relief to know I'm ovulating after having some really long cycles this year.
