Official Trying to Conceive - Thread 13

Hi all
Quick message to say that we got a shock last night. OH is at risk of redundancy. 4 jobs cut to 2. Obviously if this happens then a baby is going to make life so much harder since almost all our savings have just gone on a house move and we will have to use what we have to survive until he gets another job. It could be too late of course if I have caught this month. Never will a TWW be so tense. If we have caught then it will be received with joy but more anxiety than usual considering the previous MC will have me on edge anyway for the first trimester.
Plan is to wait it out and obviously depending on outcome of both of above, we will possibly hold off TTC until we know he has job security. Difficult times

Sorry things are so rough at the moment rachy fingers crossed for you that your OH isn't one of the 2 who loses his job and if he does I hope he finds something really quickly!!

Rachy fx everything turns out ok with your oh work situation, must be very stressful on top of everything else.

AF started this morning, or so I thought. Been very very light all day, little more than spotting. Not sure whether to call cd1 or not.

Morning. So I caved and tested yesterday evening and got my BFP . I tried to hold my pee for 4hrs but I managed just under 2hours haha. Turns out it didn't matter as within 30seconds that 2nd line showed up! I did another first response this morning and the line was darker and again showed up within 30secs (managed to hold my wee 3.5hrs this time haha). I risked it and double dipped with CBDigital and it came up pregnant 1-2.
Although I'm feeling much more positive this time I'm not quite ready to move over to the other thread, so if you don't mind I'm just going to hang around here a little longer.
I'm happy to carry on doing the lists while I'm still here, let me know if moving forward anyone would like to take them over.
