Still pending and they're not responding to my email messages either.
We got told the 12th judging by everyone's updates that won't be happening either

Rang sat and they were still saying hear back by 11th may. Still saying pending on line but obviously that's behind fingers crossed

Nobody can tell you an accurate date for when the repayment will be issued.

the people you speak to have nothing to do with timing of these checks.

The records will be queueing on the computer and will allocated automatically to the operators to check them. They will have no control or any information as to when an individual repayment is dealt with.

All the telephone operator can surmise is that some repayments will be issued on that date and yours may or may not be among them.

sheramber....what exactly are these checks as surly a routine check wouldnt take 6 weeks? you get different shady answers on every reply from them:mad:

Rang again yesterday as stl pending and again today still pending.

Spoke to compliance again because the call centre referred us back to them.
He basically said that orginally they put the signal on the refund because of last year and have requested it to come off now and once the system updates the payment will be issued. He the signal to come off could take weeks there is no deadline.
Said call back next week if isn't in. Obviously going to be ringing again next week.
