    Hi everyone again

Ours is still pending too... i want to know why everyone else has been told 11th and 12th and we have been told 30th!! :(
We had a letter a week after saying thanks for filing we owe you x amount blah blah blah on the back shown workings out deducted n.i
A week after this letter had another one telling us its time to file your tax return...... ermmmmmm....
I believe there is no shape to the system at alllll.....
But also in the message back due back by 30th and expect the payment upto 3 weeks after........
Slightly frustrating to say the least. Its a nice lump sum to us..

i had an over payment from 2014 they automatically deducted that... my first message from them was you are having ROUTINE security checks and will take 2 weeks (after the two weeks are up then they said 6 weeks... ive messaged them again today and said can i have it all in writing exactly what tey are doing with MY money and to be honest i feel like not paying my tax week in week out and sending them a letter saying sorry i havnt paid it but im doing some checks on you all and you might get it in 6 weeks haha. ive never waited more than 10 days for a refund. do any of u know what these checks are ? i get mixed answers all the time.

I received message saying should be issued on the 5th unless subjected to security checks which can take slightly longer then told could be 11th I don't think they actually have a clue and are just tryingtrying to get off the phone and it's just a case of waiting, absaloute joke quick enough to take the £100 from account as was owed from previous tax year but can't issue my earned money, dnt know how they justify taking money they are owed before issuing us with our hard earned money

so after speaking to them and being told i would recieve money 27th ive logged on to find this message from them.............IT
is six weeks from the date you case was referred for security checks on 18 April 2016. Please bear in mind that the figure of six weeks is just an estimate as the checks can take longer as the team conducting the checks may need to write to you for further information and if this is the case they will not be able to complete their checks until they have received your reply.
