I also can't get over how prompt they was with updating the online in regards to now owing them money and not the other way round.

i sent them a message on tuesday asing if the 6 week security check was from the day it was submitted or the day they sent the message and ive had no reply but they were quick in replying tlling me that i had to wait 6 weeks, i am going to sen them another message tomorrow stating that i want something in writing regarding a so called "security" check. what are these checks for???? ridiculus. i think they only have 2 issue days a week aswel. anyone ever been security checked before and been given there money before the 6 weeks???? thanks all

Filed it on the 6th requested payment the 8th pending ever since! Absolute farce!

Hi filed return on the 6th pending since the 8th, becoming a little frustrated now have had no message or letter to say it has been selected for security checks it is a real joke can not be bothered to call to be fobbed off with useless information, national insurance has been deducted they are able to do that without security checks as that was done straight away just a waiting game a very long drawn out frustrating waiting game!!!!!!!!

No deductions have been made at to balance online...yet. I should which should be n.i and the overpayment

Seeing deductions I'd take as a good sign
