I submitted on the 18th amended on the 23rd and still pending now,

my amendments still havent updated on the system, i asked them why and they sent this reply

When viewing your information online please note that the details you can view may be up to 72 hours behind the Self Assessment system. Has anyone who filled there return in on the 6th and requested payment on the 7th had there money yet ?! I got told the 11th May. But I can't see nothing happening this week !

Thank you for your online enquiry. We are carrying out routine security checks on your repayment. Your repayment will be issued once these security checks are complete. The estimated date by which these checks should be completed is 18 May 2016. Once issued your repayment should reach you within three weeks of this date.

Liam yours should be in the bank tomorrow then in that case... Nearly the 11th they best get this issued Wednesday or I will be kicking off big time!

Same as what we had... only ours was by the 30th and then payment 3 weeks after.......
Im hoping what they mean by the 30th could be anytime before that with a bit of luck.... fingers crossed
This is just my partners. I have to do mine yet..... and i cant even get to the page i need to do mine. Slowly losing the will....

My Update is to give an Update that I still don't have an Update HMRC are useless, each time I have called I have been given a different story. My payment owed is around 3k, however I requested £200.00 of it straight away and that was paid within a few days. Now I am told as I requested the rest and it was over £2,500.00 it goes for checks. I have been given a date of 24th May, but I guess that is just an aprox date and will be delayed.

I seen a few posts on here to say People got a message to say it was flagged for security , where do these messages appear as I don't seem to have any updates from them. When I check my messages, it is empty. Do they send an email or something?

When i was logged into my partners account i selected ask a question and they replied to the question i asked. That would make sense with ours then as its is over £2500.
What I'm confused over is i mever actually requested the payment it automatically done it. We filed the 6th the 7th was showing in credit the 8th payment pending which was a few quid less then the amount on the 7th. Nothing has changed since.. just REPAYMENT PENDING

Submitted mine 9th April,got through on phone 6th may,told me security checks and they hope to have them done by 31st may.
