Well guess what i logged in today out of pure chance hoping for i dunno what.......
To find they have reduced our payment from £3150 down to £2476 thats less £676
Without a courtesy message explaining why..... its been the higher amount for the last month. So I'm hoping now that a change has been made they've obviously looked at it. And will issue it... I'll be dreading logging on in future in case they take any more off us...
I'm honestly considering posting them our purses and wallets.... they obviously feel they are entitled to them0 -
It is a poor excuse of a system.0

They are taking any national insurance that you owe out . Hence why this is all taking so long0
-
Our national insurance is upto date. Always has neen. They even sent a letter showing ni deductions from balance. So I'm not so sure as to why the figure has changed.
It is what it is. Just have to sit and wait0 -
Rang up today as i got told estimate.....10th/11th May. Now they are saying the next timescale will be around the 8th June. I don't think we are seeing that Money anytime soon folks.0

Eh well it will be in when it's in . We can't speed the crap system they have up any quicker. We're just a few of the unlucky ones0

Submitted my SA on 7th April, requested repayment on 8th
Phoned numerous times for update "Security checks" told would hear back by today, nothing, Called again apparently now it will be by 9th June.
So angry they are taking so long. It's funny because I owed them £400 a while back. I wanted to pay in instalments but they refused and asked me if I could get a loan or borrow it from family or friends 😂
HRMC Are an absolute joke0 -
I was unable to submit online, due to a technical issue preventing me opting into voluntary Class 2 NICs. Therefore I had to fill in the paper form. Does anyone know how long paper tax returns take to process?0

I submitted my sa online on the 6th April I requested repayment £3k+ around the 10th April. My account didn't updated until 14th April , payment allocation has since said ' not yet used' I have rang on 5th May to ask what's going on. I was told my my request has been sent to Swindon office and I should receive within 3weeks and if not I should ring up again. What of the chances I have to ring up again then I get given another poor excuse and 4week waiting time :mad:0

sheramber....what exactly are these checks as surly a routine check wouldnt take 6 weeks? you get different shady answers on every reply from them:mad:
But your repayment will be in a queue waiting to be dealt with. It will depend on how many are in front of you ( could be tens, hundreds or thousands) as to when your repayment will be dealt with. An officer can only dealt with so many in a day.0
