Still repayment pending, what an absolute farce of a system - how can they make us wait so long for OUR MONEY it's a joke!

People I work with had there's nearly a month ago now and I'm still waiting like you guys getting told random info by the advisors which is so so so unprofessional, il be making a complaint once this process is finished because advisors shouldn't be creating and giving false information out! Appalling!

Mine still pending too done on 6th was told they have til 11th May to sort it don't ring before it's gone for security checks!!

Rang to see why taking so long said there was a 300 overpayment from last year. Which came under compliance. This year's rebate covers that and still due money even when thats deducted from it they said it was pending for that reason so was agreed by them they deduct the over payment from this year's and continue on with the payment. Have had a letter saying they will do this compliance investigation closed but only said this year's payment is still processing. Rang them again said should be by the 12may. Still pending as of today.

anyone know exactly what the security checks are as ive heard so many diff things

Danielle, that's just stalling tactics to satisfy you and get you off the phone as these security checks have nothing to do with the amounts or receipts etc so they have just yet again bs you!

They have told me something different each time I rang until I eventually lost my rag and demanded to speak to a manager who told me it is down as being back on the 11th may at the latest, so I asked why her staff have told me a, it was 99 percent processed and should be with me within a few days. B, there wasn't any checks it was just a delay and c, you should have it within a week... Where are they creating that info? It's so unprofessional it's ridiculous!!!

The fact they can take so long to issue money which is OURS by right of overpaying is appaling yet pay everybody else out! I hope you are all going to write a letter of complaint about the processes because it's out of order!

Just rang them again same thing cannot wait until the 11th because if that money isn't released they will get it both barrels!

Yeah exactly I'm going wait now till the 12th see what happens. I hope I don't have to wait that long.
I'll keep you guys updated if mine is pending or issued. Let's see who is in the next batch that gets issued.
Hope tomorrow the wait is over doubt it but see what tomorrow brings

I make you right.... I also agree they shouldn't be just be spilling a load of lies to just get us of the phone as well.
I'd rather they just say we're back logged we have no idea when but call back by this date if it isn't.
So what did your letter say then?
I think mine will be pending forever
