HMRC Self Assessment Repayments 2016

Still pending , a colleague of mine did his SA last Wednesday and the money was in his bank , so only took 8 days , hopefully these security checks don't take to long .

Mine has changed overnight to bank payment and has today's date now instead of pending , so hopefully I'll receive the money in the next few days , hope everyone else's gets sorted soon !

has anybody come across the repayment supplement (interest) ? basically iv put in a SA a year late due to confusion and swapping payment methods at work leading to me thinking I didn't need to submit a SA anymore... anyway its give me a date it says 'Repayment supplement (interest) from 31 Jan 2016 to 29 Apr 2016' (today) does this mean that my repayment should be paid today? ( the 29th ) or will it just be issued today? also if it were due today does anyone know how with it been a bank holiday this weekend how would that effect it ? thanks

Hey guys and gals..

So I done partners sa 6th by the 8th repayment pending. We have always had the payment within 2 weeks every year....

Guess what not this year... so on his account a asked how long it would take had a reply back with 24 hours said it was being security checked due back 30th May ( SAY WHAT ) and that we should expect payment upto 3 weeks after this date (what on earth) not extremely impressed with their service this year I must say...... Di gers crossed everyone we all get it sooner rather than later ...... :cool:

No!!!!

I wasn't expecting it to update till tonight because of the bamk holiday but it has and it's still the bloody same pending

Yeah alot longer than most.
They've haven the date of 12th but I can't help but think this isn't going to be the case.
I'm not even sure what the next step is. If the security check was like people say to check you are who you say you are and what not will they know that because it's been aggrange that the very sligjt overpayment last year comes out of this year and I've had the letter to say it's fine they will do that compliance closed but it just said your repayment is being processed. Nothing else.
Let's keep each other updated if you does get issued let me know both been waiting the longest so far lol
