Has any one who requested payment on the 7th Aprill had theres back yet ?!? I have had a few mates who done theres about the 10th, 11th and have all had theres back. The people that done theres first are still waiting i think. Mine is still repayment pending and mine was submitted the 6th and requested payment on the 7th.

Hi, I filed my SA online on 7th April 2016, was due a payment back. I logged in each day and it kept showing that I can request a repayment, which I did , it then said it would take 48 hours or similar. Any way I kept logging back in and the money was available again. Any way, I rang up and said I made lots of requests but the site is not showing as pending. The guy over the phone made a tester payment of couple of hundred, which then showed up the next day online as bank repayment pending. So I then requested the rest, again not working. I called up a couple of weeks back, the person over the phone requested the rest manually again. Any way this is now showing as pending. I keep checking every day and no updates or changes. I called today and they chap said to me give it 2 weeks, but then said it looks like it was picked up back office so may take even longer. What is the security checks and are they likely to ask me for receipts? I have most of them but some I don't have. I know my claim is accurate as it relates to expenses claimed through work for fuel etc., where I only get 14p per mile etc., so I know my miles are accurate, I just don't keep all the fuel receipts.

I initially requested on the 7th but not had all the money back as yet, still pending .

Mines still pending all lads at work had there's paid in bank couple of weeks ago

Mine got submitted on the 11th has been payment pending since 12th, saying will have it by 11th of May , joke this year

Oh so there is a fair few of us still waiting in line :sad:

These security checks no one actually knows what they involve. Things going on the rumour mill is its to prove your a real person, self employed, check your bank details are correct. Not sure what else it entails. Which it is that been well and truly proved I'm legit haha
Another rumour it's not personal it's just selective few randomly picked.
Erm what else have I read that's just the top of me head. I'm not sure if they ask recipts people that have had this done to them last year I think in the end it was just the fact it took weeks and some cases months before the payment got issued.
We've noticed so far on this thread with people that the last two times people payments finally got issued was a Friday.
I've been given the 12th May others the 11th May.
So no one really knows at best it's literally pot luck now

I never had to request a repayment. It automatically did it at the end of submitting the SA

Hi all I also have been told 11th however just to clarify the use in words on the phone was I shall hear back by them so not necessarily payed. This is my second year well partners of being security checked we have never been asked for any receipts statements pay checks nothing they randomly decide when we can have our overpayment. Last year it took nearly 3 months so hopefully they have pulled there if fingers out this year
