1 week until pay day and our dog took bad. A whopping vets bill of just under £400. We have to pay £99 excess. That leaves me with just £39 until I get paid next Friday GULP.

I need to work out the bare minimum I need to buy.

Can't remember if I officially joined in this one but I aim for £250 a month and have £45 left - our month runs 24th - 24th so sometimes I'm on the wrong thread

A NSD today we have Moroccan chicken and pepper rice for tea (freezer chicken & onions/peppers from the fridge) had the SC on today making beef casserole so one for through the week and one to freeze. I had some YS need to use and got a great mixed veg pack at mr m the other day for 60p - with and added spare pepper, onion and a tin of butter beans I can make it stretch out.

Hope everyone is having a good day

A fiver in the land of ice on frozen veggies and then £2.60 at the market on dog treats for the rest of the month.

I'm racing through my budget this month, but I think I've now got pretty much everything we could need other than a few top ups of milk and yoghurts. Oh, and dog food. We always seem to need dog food!

Thank you :A, she is a little better today but still not her self :(

A spend today of £3.78 on wraps, halloumi, mozzarella and pop. These few bits will help me make a few meals.

Need a couple more bits tomorrow, cheese etc and then I'm hoping to spend nothing else until pay day.
