I have just spent £17.36 on many, many things:
Full price dog food, wine and yoghurt
Heavily reduced price hair dye
And a delightful £3.40 on YS items worth £34, including mince, potatoes, enough bread and veg for the month, fruit for the week and a couple of cheeky sausage rolls.
It's nice when you time the YS raid just perfectly!0 -
long day at work and too tired to go out again so NSD here2021 GC £1365.71/ £24000

I have £50 left in the budget. Its exactly £50 as I poured the coins into my purse to add to the milk fund at work.
I have become very aware that the minute I take my focus off diligently tracking the money.....I have absolutely no idea what I have spent nor what on! I think I will be OK but have been less on the ball than I would usually like.
I need to get some salad items to suplement what is in the garden and possibly a roasting joint for Sunday, but otherwise we seem to have pretty full cupboards and I bought lots of fish for the freezer at the weekend.
Good financial news that we have a lodger moving in at the end of the month so we will clear the stored food as much as possible before buying any more so there is more room for the lodgers stuff.0 -

NSD again todayNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
£300/£1300 -
I spent £5.32 in Mr S and £56.81 in Ald!, should be enough stuff in to last a week apart from a small top up of milk etc.
This takes us to just over £114 so slightly over when worked out by the day, but two no spend days will catch this back up.
I think the true challenge is to keep OH out of the shops and away from the junk, it always costs twice as much when he is with me. I don't have an issue with the kids as they hate shopping.Grocery Challenge Sept 2021 £95.40/£500
