I wont lower myself to deal with the DWP staff, its not the shame of a public safeguard its the choice not to deal with vulgarity, the DWP did worse to me than a TSB staff member who got herself fired. Hence I made a plan to never have to deal with them again and never have to claim HB.


Yes it is not a plan for the faint hearted but I have never been that, I have been bedridden long term though and treated like a criminal though from DWP who ignored my GP's letters, withheld and destroyed such and other evidence from tribunal, staff approaching me verbally telling me to get a job in public places whilst struggling to walk - kicked, refused to send things to tribunal or follow outcomes of tribunal.

It is all sitting with a lawyer, and I have no wish to have these class of people in a professional capacity in my life. In my time in local authority I seen social workers not deny child abusers their rights.

Okay............but how does any of this relate to First Direct messing up a switch?

The op had a vent, generally others would advise/sympathize/clarify, not take it to a different tangent.

Maybe set up a thread in the Praise/Vents board about your Tsb issues. And then people can advise/sympathize/clarify on your issues.

Your experience is totally unrelated to Op's issue bar a bank is involved.

Body language and manner, some of my best mates are also feminine strong females, I keep a balanced life and I have never seen them flirt with a male they didn't know like that.


I think I know the difference between customer care and flirting, I excel at both myself, never together full on though.

The point she was acting like a bar tart not a customer care rep towards me then snapped at me when her illusion of this well dressed guy turned out to be poor claiming HB in her opinion, which again changed when she realised the situation.


For the record, I was brought up by a victorian catholic woman, treat woman as equal not objects and I do, if they choose to objectify themselves though then whatever, its not a trait I find even remotely attractive.

Had she shown some restraint than the a little too full on 'deranged' flirting I would have flirted back, had she shown some restraint in general she would still have TSB employment.

Yes, I look younger than near 40 and attractive but please dont come across like a lady of the night acting for money if you find me attractive, its very off putting for a real man, as noted I could pay someone of the night for that level of fakeness (not that ever would) or as some others say 'bunny combi'

I think you find it in my first post on the matter, funny I have the same, NED cant read....


I was not accused of being aggressive, I was lied about being aggressive of which the bank could find no evidence from other 6/7 nearby staff on a open bank floor nor CCTV footage to back the dismissed employees claims. The bank fired herself, not closed my accounts and sent a cheque or police officer to my door for unmerited behaviour on their property.
