I got a education in mental health, not one from a book where I think I'm god because I passed tests on them books and fuelling people up on medication in abnormal isolated environment and observing them. Thinking I know everything from a little study, nor not applying individuality or personality to or from the assumed diagnoses - its much more complex than that NHS basic MH training. Nor popping in a few times a day or week.
But on a minute to minute, hour to hour, day to day basis in real world environments. At home, going outside, dealing with people.
Mental health starts at stress at the start of the scale with loads of sections (and branched subsections) in between up to psychopath. All need treatment of a cognitive or prescriptive measure (or both) where a the sufferer cannot cope with such or symptoms to ensure symptoms do not progress or become worse or induce further mental health conditions on the scale.
Diagnosing someone online with a mental health issue as you did^ even causing such person absolute stress on the matter diagnosed or not would get you struck off. Abuse of trusted position.
Perhaps you could on this MSE board act somewhere in good faith towards MH as Martin himself has done...

Is that why YOU took the £350 cashmere herringbone coat donated to the charity shop that you worked in?
When we worked in charity shops we actively avoided squirreling away all the good stuff for ourselves.
It's called decency.
Why not give it to a homeless person or someone less fortunate.
GIFTED, from head office approval - can you not read? ....retail RRP, shop price £25. UNSOLD, unwanted, I was very touched by the gesture from head office staff for my 'hard work' I choose to work for nothing, I expected nothing but job satisfaction which I had as much as shop donations.
I carried two massive laundry bags around the city of unsold clothing on closure to two alcoholics, whom one displays slight autistic aspergers and the other bipolar disorder (with massive financial, recreational drug and unsafe sexual promiscuity issues) missed by the NHS who (dangerously) treat them for depression. (You see the symptoms on the ground daily in the real world).
We donated everything on closure to other nearby charity shops, they took what they wanted. Loads of things were left. I assume the raincoat being winter in the middle of a hot summer is why it was left.
As for theft I had head office remove long term staff for doing such.
So far your allegations are, I'm a liar, abusive, have mental health issues and now I steal ?

Why would they request a copy of the call ? They've said they don't want anything further to do with them. Bit pointless really. If First Direct have refused compensation, it's more than likely they haven't made any errors. Lots of people have posted about delays with them, both getting through and with switching. Frustrating, but not a life changing issue really. The OP has 2 choices, call them and switch or take their bat and ball home and lose £150. It's a bit of a no brainer for me really.
That's you though, I was asking the OPSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Wouldn't the homeless people have needed the coat more than you did ? I couldn't have taken it if i worked with the homeless.0

Everyone has "mental heath", just like everyone has physical health.
Are you thick?
Suffers, not has. No one escapes either all their days either.
Thick? Another lovely part of your judgemental personality I see...SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
No, the OP said they didn't want anything further to do with them. Case closed as far as i can see.
If the case was closed why would they post such, they would have moved on without posting :money:SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... A gift with a card to say thank you from head office staff - they knew its real value, I did not until after was given it, I don't think my supervisor knew, I assumed £150 when I first saw it and tried it on, it would not close over my steroid bloated belly.
I couldn't refuse it that would be rude, it did not even fit me then, I tried it on when the stock came in on the shop floor, where it hung for months.
You seem obsessed I was rewarded by head office for doing a £20,000 job for months for nothing and them thanking me with a gift that cost them nothing, well maybe £2 for the card.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies...
