    Thanks for that :)

I think you're right; decent people need to intervene if they spot wrongdoing here; vulnerable people can believe the type of nonsense spouted by trolls.

Anyway, Batman's off to bed. :)

What if anything stops you from giving a GIFTED, UNSOLD (your uppercase), unwanted, RRP £25 etc etc item to someone less fortunate than yourself?

Even more, what inspires you to brag about the self-same item being worth £350 and making you a better person than a random (?) TSB employee?

Again you miss the point/s noted above by not reading again, gifted...I'm not rude to decline nor give a gift away I just put it in a cupboard, I ask others to donate to charity not send me cards or gifts, if I want something I buy it for myself.

I'm not bragging, again as previously posted beforehand^ the employee seen a well dressed man approaching her and looked me from head to toe on entry then was overtly flirting because she liked what she saw, I was flattered but did not flirt back (my physical health issues I would not want a partner to have to endure) and asked for help.

She continued her overtly flirting "hi there, how can I help you", I pulled out the local authority letter for her to read and put my hand forward with it for her to take and read and said "I need a 3 month print out for housing benefit purposes please", she then looked and ignored my hand with the letter and said rather rudely 'card & pin it' looking at the chip & pin machine. I did so, she done something on the computer keyboard quickly, one or two taps and a second later walked to the right of the computer near the printer two metres away where I assumed she away to collect what she was asked for.

She turned to me at the other side of the counter at the printer and shouted across rudely and loudly "what is the only DWP benefit are you in receipt of? for security" I was aware of three people behind me, a further three or four across behind her who all looked up in the self service area and as I answered her question (posted previously) I looked quickly left to the tellers on the main desks who were all looking up, everybody heard her, everybody. (I was not embarrassed nor angry, calm, thinking: you b1 t c *)

She returned to the computer (she had been loading paper I think or ink) and then logged into the computer, her face dropped and eyes popped out somewhat and she became sheepish, quietly and ever so softly said "I'll just get that for you", she stood at the printer head down so no one at any angle could see her face. A minute later without looking at me head down again under her breathe almost again whilst walking passed me said "I'll just get you a envelope".

3 minutes later maybe more and after composing herself in the back area walked out back in massive flirt mode again with a massive smile and handed me the envelope and asked was there anything else she could do. I asked for the manager, she could not even bring herself to ask why (she knew) and walked off to get them.

I never saw her come out the back again, only a female in suit who shouted (politely) across to the tellers desk the next person free could please cover self service area, manager was out in 1 minute (think staff had already blew her off to line managers?) and was calling my name "oh Mr Diamonds" across the floor from tje back as soon as he walked out and overly friendly like he knew me a a regular (first time I had ever me him) and determined to take me with his WHOLE body language guiding me to a office (I would have happily spoke about it on the floor) not just his arm guiding direction being over approx 6'5 it was not hard for him to do so.

Manager knew, first thing he did in the office as soon as the door was shut was say "Mr Diamonds I am so sorry about that" we had not sat down, we were both at the now closed door. I didn't reply. Next thing said within the second between apology and comment/question two was "Please sit down, please tell me everything from the second you walked into branch today"

I told him everything on this thread and left with a promised a call from him personally.

She was not on the floor when I left 30/5 mins either.

The rest you know, no doubt staff (and possible customer) statements and the CCTV provided them the evidence needed. BIG LIAR EMPLOYEE.

The regional HR manager I knew from 20 years ago left after LBG sold off not long after 'changes', he updated me on the facts when I bumped into him which ironically I had not seen in years but we are friends of friends and these people know my personality and the fact I would not respond in any manner but control a situation as such happened by shutting up or responding as needed, the female I know at the branch is one of his long term friends, I did not see her that day but she might have seen me or what happened ? I did not ask as I know she is still a employee.

He did confirm that was not a first offence for abusing a customer with off hand sarcastic remarks about 'benefits' from another staff member on file against a older customer, but not the full details were disclosed obviously.

Needless to say, the stupid young girl got herself demoted to my local branch for "training", it was actually dismissal in disguise whilst a decision on her future status was pending (fraud or cash discrepancy is immediate suspension) investigation completion, or so she thought.

Well done Osbourne for encouraging it acceptable to pick on those with needs, the sick and disabled, its not discrimination now its normal....just a opinion!

Yes I pushed the Data Protection Act in branch more than her behaviour, shouting out my income source (for that month!), how dare anyone think they can divulge intimate details shouting in a public environment.

I'm trying to figure out what you can actually be earning and therefore banking 78% of. Forgive me if I get anything wrong, I've only read through the thread once.
You haven't got a job which is why you're now claiming HB. You're entitled to but don't claim ESA/PIP because you don't feel, I don't know, that you deserve it yet? You're a full time carer for a parent? but you're not claiming Carer's Allowance. So what are you living on?

And just in reference to some other comments not everyone suffers from mental health. Everyone has a mental health just like everyone has a physical health. It's just that some have a good mental health and others suffer from poor mental health.
Also, as a sufferer of mental health problems I do make jokes about it and make light of the situation. But that's just me.
And again just being nit picky but it's not autism Aspergers. It's one or the other. Aspergers is on the less severe side of the autism spectrum. It's an autism spectrum disorder, it is not the same as autism, which is more severe. If you would like to you can read some papers by Simon Baron-Cohen who I believe was involved with the creation of the Autism Spectrum.
I got an education into mental health through books before I started suffering from it and got my education through the university of life too.

I did not say I did not have a job. Banking 78% of all income, not all earned, no help apart from housing benefit with full discretionary payment due to earnings and disability protection premiums on earnings by entitlement not actually claiming and being in payment of sickness benefits/DLA.

Entitled to claim to CA, dont, DLA/PIP (no claim) Care for parent full time, work part time, determined to get off HB and accept no state help (seems like a crime on here lol ). Budget is £50 a week for everything (prepayment meters built up for no 2016 bills).

No mental health issues, major physical problems that can floor me for days if not managed to a whisper of hair control. Which I have to do. Gladly!, means not being housebound nor bedbound

If you find it ok to laugh at your MH thats fine, you realise are the exception though not the rule, sadly people still find it a joke as much as physical these days (well done Conservatives)

Autism spectrum, its on there not off it, certainly for sufferers if not the general public. Aspergers is horrific, I seen one overseas friend take on a 3 bedroomed lease for him and 'friends', they kicked him out, he was living in a shared room hostel, for 3 months he paid all bills for two beds, the landlord with my insistence clawed back the property but he lost a £1000 deposit for damage to a property.

The 'friends' said they could not live with him due to his aspergers and he accepted that and he should pay the bills in his name! They paid nothing... yes he was on £3000 a month wages writing computer code because he was uber intelligent but his social cues were quite the other, imagine 5 people doing that collectively to him, poor guy! Anyway as I said I got landlord involved to evict my non resident friend, the 5 piecesof sh1* moved out and handed the keys back the day before the court hearing  Having sucked half the guys wages out him for 3 months rent and bill free!

    Karma incoming :rotfl:

All damned out of his own mouth.

Quality trolling if that's what it is; if not guy's a buffoon.

    Night all :)

Success is not a buffoon, thanks for trolling by though....

All because a guy saves 78% a month and wont be told that TSB Save The Change account transferred to a 6% RS the next month is a waste of time in a Halifax thread and a barrage of trolling abuse continues from said thread from a few MSE users :rotfl:

    78% eh :D

Make money off some idiot girls stupidity and self inflicted misfortune? That colsten is your style and thus suggestion.

I was not brought up to such lack of standards nor respect to myself or others for financial gain or otherwise.

Since you mentioned your idea and the script is written, it would be poor show of me not to name it, "Stop trolling"

Chapter 1 is "Dont come into my work place and think your better than me on my turf you benefit claimer, I work hard here and I bite"

Chapter 2 is "Saving (my a$$ lying through me teeth to keep appearances up)"

Infact, it would seem the gods have chosen you for the lead role.

Hopefully you will be professional on set as required and avoid getting fired.

Yes, but I'm still figuring out what your earnings are. I find your attitude towards accepting benefits very odd. If you're entitled to it I don't see why you wouldn't want to claim it seeing as you've paid your dues in the past. Rather than others making it seem like a crime to claim it, it sounds like you're either ashamed or think yourself above doing so.

And how anyone can live on £50 a week is nuts. You sound worse than the Tories you so rightly bash and they allow £73.10 for people to try and survive on.

It just doesn't make sense to me...l
