    1. Go to your GP. (Take an overnight bag: change of clothes, toiletries etc)

    2. Tell him/her all that stuff about saving failing charity shops, being donated your herringbone raincoat from a posh boutique, cashiers being visibly shocked at your account balance and the fact that you at one point earned SIX TIMES what your mum did.

    3. Settle into your lovely en-suite room at the local psychiatric clinic.

    4. Embrace your discharge several months later resolving never to embarrass yourself on internet forums again.

ps Good luck with the house purchase.

pps Sorry OP and others for contributing to derailment of thread.

You spoke of all TSB staff, as they all wear the same type of staff uniform.

Even if you were meant to just express your hatred of one TSB employee, your rationale is massively ill-advised. No "cashmere herringbone raincoat with a suit on underneath" makes the wearer of such worth any more than the wearer of a "polyester staff uniform".

Perhaps you should also educate yourself a bit more about the inherent benefits of various materials. For example, football players earning £250K a week always wear polyester gear to work.

Incorrect, flirting to a high extent with a man in a suit and designer jacket in your work to turn obnoxious and rude when you realise he claims Housing Benefit and to broadcast loudly such customer also claims a DWP benefit was her illusion I was a knight in shining armour....I went into a bank to get a statement not a wife nor rudeness.

I'm sure after work one of them footballers can pick up a jobless bank cashier, make a deposit and then closure withdraw.

At least she had my number on file. :rotfl:

    Calm down, calm down.

It's not people with mental health issues I'm mocking :)

For all you know, I may have a mental health issue myself.

I was merely pointing out some aspects of your posting that amused me.

So as well as saving charity shops, getting people sacked etc etc, you've also worked with unwell people.

    GIVE THIS GUY A MEDAL!

You are mocking mental health, also insinuating I have them. On both counts you are indeed mocking mental health.

Of course it amuses you, you put material before humanity. I put others less fortunate than me ahead of me. That obviously makes you feel inferior by your responses on such. I'm also a full time carer for a parent. But I see none of it as anything than life and get on with it in my usual happy confident manner :) I don't let my own physical health issues be a cop out. It's called old-school ;)

But do carry on berating yourself believe you are berating me...whilst berating everyone (society) who ever has suffered stress or anxiety, ie mental health.

In very poor taste don't you think?

    One of "them" footballers??

Tut tut, weren't you pontificating about grammar a few posts ago.

Better edit, like you do to most of your posts.

Yes, not all footballers are the same.

Edit ? Are we grasping at straws now ?

Those who have mental health never mock such. FACT.

Stress and anxiety are normal physiological responses which in certain situations can be useful.

Only when they are exaggerated or appear out of context do they lead to other problems.

If you want to debate Mental Health with me, go get yourself educated:)

Is that why YOU took the £350 cashmere herringbone coat donated to the charity shop that you worked in?

When we worked in charity shops we actively avoided squirreling away all the good stuff for ourselves.

    It's called decency.

Why not give it to a homeless person or someone less fortunate.

I got a education in mental health, not one from a book where I think I'm god because I passed tests on them books and fuelling people up on medication in abnormal isolated environment and observing them. Thinking I know everything from a little study, nor not applying individuality or personality to or from the assumed diagnoses - its much more complex than that NHS basic MH training. Nor popping in a few times a day or week.

But on a minute to minute, hour to hour, day to day basis in real world environments. At home, going outside, dealing with people.

Mental health starts at stress at the start of the scale with loads of sections (and branched subsections) in between up to psychopath. All need treatment of a cognitive or prescriptive measure (or both) where a the sufferer cannot cope with such or symptoms to ensure symptoms do not progress or become worse or induce further mental health conditions on the scale.

Diagnosing someone online with a mental health issue as you did^ even causing such person absolute stress on the matter diagnosed or not would get you struck off. Abuse of trusted position.

Perhaps you could on this MSE board act somewhere in good faith towards MH as Martin himself has done...

Why would they request a copy of the call ? They've said they don't want anything further to do with them. Bit pointless really. If First Direct have refused compensation, it's more than likely they haven't made any errors. Lots of people have posted about delays with them, both getting through and with switching. Frustrating, but not a life changing issue really. The OP has 2 choices, call them and switch or take their bat and ball home and lose £150. It's a bit of a no brainer for me really.
