Sorry can't make any sense of your post.
Except to say, that your assesment of May is totally delusional ; a bit like Salmond talking about the English NHS in reply to questions about what currency the Iscotland will use.
Yeah, Angus Robertson was trying (and failing) to try to persuade the HoC that the EU single market is more important to Scotland than the UK. If the statistics showed that - fine, but they don't pal. Wildly mistaken. May pulled him up on that point, although no doubt it went in one ear and out the other.0 -

One of Salmonds big regrets about the whole thing was his naivety and faith in British media fair play.
I didn't say the SNP should present no economic plan. Just that this time round that it would be prudent not to release them until a definite campaign is launched. I'm assuming since Nicola Sturgeon has reiterated several times that she want's to see legislation in place for a second referendum ready and waiting for immediate activation should it become necessary. That the next campaign will be a short one. There will be no long drawn out economic to-ing and fro-ing. I assume that for the next while until Brexit gets underway, that the SNP and other facets of independence groups will spend their time undermining the political case ( there isn't one ) for Scotland staying within the UK first.
Kind of like Angus Robertson on PMQ's today. Theresa didn't have the best of days. It's obvious there's no plan.
Theresa really was tragic, not as tragic as Corbyn though ... thought Angus did well0 -

May didn't do very well today. She can't really keep this up much longer before some real pressure is on her to provide some answers.
When is the Sturgeon woman going to have another referendum. She threatened before the referendum, during the referendum and currently never a day goes by without her finding some pretext to make her threats again.
So, is she having one or not. How difficult is it to make the decision. She said if we left the EU there would be one - and we've left. How much longer is she going to dither and prevaricate. The people want to know.If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -

On what basis do you conclude Angus did well and May did not? If we're talking about facts not fantasy then May came out on top of Robertson, reminding him of the trade situation between Scotland, rUK and the EU.0 -

I followed PMQ's on twitter and most columnists and Daily Politics etc were pretty scathing of May.PMQs: The Leader of the Opposition gave the performance of his life
There’s no clear plan for Brexit, the government is on the ropes, and it showed.
Two months off and a complete transformation from the Leader of the Opposition. The Government’s in a mess. There’s no clear plan for Brexit. He knows it. The Prime Minister knows it and in he went.
“This Government has had all summer to come up with a plan, to come up with a strategy, and so far we‘ve just had waffle,” he boomed.
You won’t be surprised to learn he didn’t get a one word answer. “The right honourable gentleman doesn’t seem to quite understand what the vote on the 23rd June was about. The United Kingdom will leave the European Union. It would not be right for me or this Government to give a running commentary on negotiations. We will seize the opportunities for growth and prosperity.”
That a serving Prime Minister should deploy the “running commentary” defence at the despatch box, the standardised last resort of the professional question-dodger, is a low point on a scale not seen since Gordon Brown’s old claim to have “only been in the job three days”. (Indeed he had, but he’d had his eye on it 10 years.)
It was a towering performance. So much so that you almost didn’t notice that the Leader of the Opposition had de-aged by about two decades, developed a broad Scottish accent and was standing in entirely the wrong place. It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -
