an undemocratic autocratic wannabee nation state with its own army is a joke

    Emotive nonsense.

I think every one of those is factual apart from the army which is on its way.

You can think whatever you like but it doesn't make you any less wrong.

On the question of the UK remaining in the EU Scots appear to have opted for remaining that much is true. But when faced with a independence vote that will not be the only issue to consider. The questions now are different to those of 2014. It's far from a foregone conclusion and would appear that breaking away from the UK and joining the EU will cause major damage to the Scottish economy. Much more than Brexit will.

So why not leave it to them to decide? Why are you so opposed to democracy in Scotland when you were so pro democracy in the UK? It is interesting that you think economics trumps democracy in their case but not in the UKs case.

Moved from Skye to Harris and Lewis today ... seems Skye for the most part is a Yes island, spoke to many locals and saw many many Yes flags/boards/posters/stickers etc ... did meet some No people though so it's certainly not the full island that's Yes ... just the majority ( that I met)

Harris and Lewis do have some Yes things dotted about but it's certainly not as obvious, have just arrived though so will see if I can find out anymore :-)

On Skye we had a fair few people from abroad ask us loads of questions about independence as well which was interesting

With the UK voting for Brexit but Scotland voting Remain, the SNP have a golden opportunity to hold another indy referendum.

But Sturgeon is doing everything she can to try and keep Scotland in both the UK and EU rather than going for outright independence.

Is she not sure about Scotland's finances anymore.

Oh she is sure ....she just spends far too much time ( IMO) placating no voters ... she's trying the softly softly approach trying not to scare them but take them along for the ride ....

It may work ... it may not ... we will see

I did think you intelligent enough to know this already .. and not needing led by the nose ... ( as I'm sure anyone can guess ... I don't feel any need to placate no voters ... good job I'm not FM ) . So the cynic in me wonders ... are you trying to score points ?

No, I was just wondering what her game plan was. Hopefully she'll call a referendum soon. Theresa May should agree as long as you fund the cost yourselves.

Well I imagine only herself and few select people will know her game plan in any real detail ... the rest of us can only speculate ... maybe best to ask her ... she quite good at answering questions ... try her on twitter ... you never know she may share with you :)
