Another "Douthy" pith taking thread.  ^^^^

What is funny though the Nats don't see it, they perhaps have short memories of the total tripe you post on this thread.

Doughty Scots are like the dwarves from Lord of the Rings. They do not make decisions lightly or quickly. They deliberate. They are used to dark places and endless cold alleviated by roaring fires. They have waited, and they have seen the direction that England will take them.

With regret, they will abandon the old alliance, and strike out for themselves.
You really ought to stop your oft-repeated repeated "draughty Scots" rants you know.; do you just have a "thing" about kilts?

@Fran_Klee, nope I can’t work out if this is your wicked sense of humour or an ‘auto-correct’ clanger. Whatever it was I did laugh.

Would be interesting to see how Sturgeon would be coping right now with oil prices low and heading lower, considering that, when they were pricing things up for independence, they were assuming oil prices of $100 a barrell.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Don’t you know that Scottish oil has magical properties which makes it immune from price fluctuations. Scotland's economy is the most powerful in the world and they only keep Barnett money because the stupid English keep sending it.

More magical is how the reserves change in sized based on proximity to referendum discussions. It's almost as of the Unionists have an agenda.

Yup, we're in the 'playing down the reserves' phase of 'Project Fear'.

The Alex Salmond court case is getting interesting.  It looks like the party was sitting on dirt ready to "deploy" it if and when required.

It will only get worse, wonder if all this has anything to do with the 7 Nat MSPs standing down?
