A united front was evident last night on Question Time. Not often you see an SNP MP supporting a Conservative Minister.
The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don't know anything about.

"Herd immunity" . Sit back and let it happen eh.
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

It's here, we can't wipe it out, the only way is to develop immunity.  It has been alleged that it was developed in a Chinese lab to test a vaccine and escaped because a scientist infected with it ran away.  If it is not allowed to spread now then it will just pop right back up when we least expect it, it is simply common sense.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Boris has u-turned on all that now though. 24 hours after talking about timing, herd immunity and not forgetting insulting Scottish public services.. he follows the Scottish Govts actions.

Clueless and out of his depth sadly.

Basically, sacrificing the elderly and the vulnerable with underlying conditions in order to minimise economic disruption.
Sounds suspiciously like a Dom Cummings idea.

Herd immunity may be the best way to protect the most vulnerable.

I don’t really listen to politicians but I do try to listen to the science.

Sounds suspiciously like an idea that exists only in your head.

Sturgeon was doing nothing more than her usual point scoring. Trying to claim that she was doing more than England to further her argument that Scotland would be better as an independent nation. It was as transparent as my kitchen window.

Sturgeon will act in the interests of Scots. Johnson will act in the interests of his corporate friends.

The Scottish and rich people. The only two groups represented on the British Isles.
