You sound completely unhinged.
True colours being shown?
What does the bit I've bolded mean BTW?
Anyone following their catholic faith, and not just when it suits them. You can sub in any other religion as most preach compassion and charity, which is at direct odds with Tory policy in many fields.0 -

Or is this just another inconvenient factual picture.
Those Rangers fans will be outliers obviously.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -
Yup. Most of the "Remain" voters I know of voted purely in line with their supporters clubs.
Not because they want an NHS....
Or they fancy security in old age...
Or opportunities for their younger loved ones...
Or just simply to have a bit of money in their pocket...
No it's because they're Rangers supporters
TBF someone who understands what they're talking about to the extent they continually uses "Remain" when they mean "NO" probably does believe stuff like that.0 -
The Scottish people, on the whole. There's no need to go over the tax appropriation and Barnett formula stuff again.
On the whole but not completely? Sorry if it’s inconvenient for you to be reminded that Scotland is heavily subsidised. If it was so great at standing on its own feet, it wouldn’t need financial help.
Presumably you won't be bothered if the England and Wales scrapped the Barnett money. It was only ever intended to be temporary back in the 70s.The fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascists.0 -

Westminster translation- screw the WASPI women and have people work longer for their pension
Or opportunities for their younger loved ones...
Thanks for letting me remind everyone the SNP government changed procurement law in Scotland to require any company offering a contract for any public works to have an apprenticeship framework (as well as requiring anyone that got a Scottish Enterprise grant to train people)
Or just simply to have a bit of money in their pocket...
People earning over £27000 pay the same or less in tax, Scots also get free uni tuition and free prescriptions
No it's because they're Rangers supporters
That's the reason there is more support for independence, you hit the nail on the head- thanksbaldly going on...0 -

All safer with an independent or devolved Scotland. No it's because they're Rangers supporters
Just the ones I'm aware of. I'm not trying to infer it applies to all, but there are definitely some vocal "no" voters who seem to have done so purely due to football allegencies, because I'm related to 2 of them.TBF someone who understands what they're talking about to the extent they continually uses "Remain" when they mean "NO" probably does believe stuff like that.
I'm using Remainer rather than no voter because its clearer and quicker. Sorry if that's confusing you.0 -

I reckon Scotland is paying more than it's fair share due to revenue appropriation (Scottish income being counted as British) and you reckon Scotland is paying less than it should (due to Barnett). I can't be bothered arguing that again because it'll go nowhere.
I'd be fully supportive of scrapping Barnett if all of Scottish revenue was recorded appropriately.0
