Outside of the budget. There's no need to explain how this will be funded. ;)

Reminiscent of Brown's welfare state plans. Great vote winners. Reality strikes later.

I'm sure that those who don't need the money will be eternally gratefull too.

Comment in the Herald today about Boris and his like for painting model buses; it was pondered if he painted £350 million on the sides......

see I reckon there was a reason for it ... googling Boris and buses after he said it I got a whole lot about wine boxes ... and had to go looking for 350m on the side of a bus, he may try and join gardens and bridges next .... or water cannons and heatwaves

he is not always ( but I accept most of the time) the bumbling fool he pretends to be

It's weird how Sturgeon bleats about FO support being withdrawn for her overseas visits, and yet she reckons she would be OK leading an independent Scotland.

Does she not realise what independent means? No money from us, no support from us, stand on own two feet?

The FO will arrange and broker the meetings, giving her legitimacy as a British government representative, something she will now have to do herself. I.e. people who don't want to meet her will anyway.

Of course as the world thirsts for links with an independent Scotland this will be no problem for her.

Unless she's actually seen as a single issue pest.

    This is interesting!

I wonder who gave Donald trump the planning permission to build a golf course on land that is a "Site of Special Scientific Interest?"

Meanwhile the SNP are the party that keeps on spending, desperately trying to buy votes.

Any news on lowering the voting age to 14? That should just about clinch it for them after all the indoctrination the school kids have had to listen to over the last 10+ years!
