Good point- the Caledonian Sleeper was awarded to Serco by the UK government, it is not overseen by the Scottish Government

Sunday Politics Scotland had an interesting interview with Professor Michael Keating from the Scottish Centre on Constitutional Change. He commented that most empires (read UK) dissolve from the centre and not from the periphery (I paraphrase). His view is that any breakup of the UK will come from England basically getting fed up with Scotland. Going by some of the comments here, he could be right....The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don't know anything about.
