Messing with devolution and that joke of a 'debate' the other night a step too far for a lot of folks. The Tories are pushing things too far. Welcome Murray, takes b***s to publicly change your mind like this and admit you were wrong. He won't be the last, am hoping Kezia Dugdale is next.
Why do you do this to yourself Shakey?

All this under a Westminster Government...or do you only blame them when things aren't going well? Surely Shakey you wouldn't want it both ways?0 -
People 'the length and breadth of Scotland' (tribute to El Nat Annie) are embarrassed with the antics of the SNP yesterday. Only the very gullible would believe it wasn't staged. The vast majority of Scots saw it for what it was.
The SNP let the people of Scotland down by losing 21 seats in 2017. How different would it be if they hadn't been so careless?0 -

Nothing has changed.
Lots has changed.
The 2014 referendum asked the Scots whether they wanted to stay in an outward looking and economically successful Union, part of the largest and most prosperous single market in the world.
The next referendum could ask if they really wish to remain tied to an utterly irrelevant, economically declining, plot of land at the outskirts of Europe.
Depending on what kind of Brexit we'll get of course.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

I follow the figures that matter. Not selectively pick and choose what to quote.UK Posts Largest Trade Deficit Since September 2016. The UK's trade deficit widened by GBP 2.1 billion to GBP 5.28 billion in April 2018 from an upwardly revised GBP 3.22 billion in the previous month and above market expectations of a GBP 2.5 billion gap. It was the largest trade deficit since September 2016
Brexit has boosted exports by making the £ more competitive. You cannot have your cake and eat it.0 -

SNutP towers more likely? Shakey in particular doesn't do verifying sources, hence we have this useless secondary thread.0 -
