You really are a bitter obsessed person Shaka. .. it makes me smile ... thank you
The irony.P.'s I go hillwalking a lot ... so do a lot of indy supporters
Hill walking on National Trust land that you only now refuse to pay towards keeping because the person they put in charge doesn't agree with your political beliefs?0 -
I choose not to pay towards not refuse ... I did pay towards for a long long time, but choose not to anymore, ... and so do a lot of other indy supporting hillwalkers ... outdoor access code
Not to worry though as you now contribute, so effectively I spose in a way you pay for me and loads of other indy supporters to go hill walking ...it's also allowed me to put more money into indy funds .... win win for me ...thanks0 -

Refusing is a choice. Why did you get confused there? Not to worry though as you now contribute, so effectively I spose in a way you pay for me and loads of other indy supporters to go hill walking ...it's also allowed me to put more money into indy funds .... win win for me ...thanks
I don't contribute to the National Trust, I never said I did. What I don't do is withdraw my support for organisations or charities that do good work in the world on the basis of the political beliefs of the person in charge, because that would be a stupid thing to do. It shows that you are completely partisan and that the world must fit into your 'paint-by-numbers' perspective of it.
I judge my donations on the work the organisations do, not the political beliefs of the people running them.0 -

But you have just conceded me the point, that you guys are making it political.

OK then was this a lie ?
Ps if they choose to get rid of Neil Oliver I may choose to re join, but if they refuse then yes I will refuse to re join ... simples0 -

I don't know, ask Shaka, that's not me.
I'm glad you've admitted again that my description of your position is accurate.
I wonder which other organisations and charities suffer as a result of pro-independence dogma in Scotland.0 -
Sorry tricky it didn't show that on my new phone ( note to self ... learn about this new phone )0

I think the best thing any business or charity can do in any country is stay out of politics, at the end of the day though it is up to individuals how they choose to spend their money ... maybe charities and companies should remember this before they open their mouths
But if they feel so strongly they should say something, then they can rest in the knowledge that any effects that happen to them are of their own doing0 -
Let's get to the nub of this issue we as a country can not tolerate anyone from any political persuasion thinking that they can dictate who can and who can not get jobs in this country via mob rule which is what you and your ilk are trying to do.
You use the same tactics with companies who don't support you, it shows the ugly nasty side of the nationalists.
I'm not obsessed but I as sure as hell will not allow you lot to stay centre stage without challenging you and your nasty divisive policies.0 -

That's one hell of leap from how people choose to spend their money to how people get given jobs ... maybe your confusing the situation with the masons, labour or the protestants of a bye gone era ...
Maybe you need to go lie down though and have a think about what your saying ... next it will be Scotland will be like Belfast during the troubles if we ever get indy
Calm down dear it's only a discussion no need to give yourself a stroke0 -
Incidentally I also no longer purchase things from Amazon for political reasons, haven't done sInce last year, it makes life a wee bit harder but I will not support a company that treat their employees so appallingly ... but according to you that is wrong . I should just carry on buying from a company that pay their workers very little and make them work under appalling conditions
I also no longer purchase bottled water for poltical reasons as I don't like what harm it does to the environment, I don't purchase plastic bags for the same reason ... I recognise I can do a lot more but I am slowly trying to introduce things in my life that makes me a more thinking consumer .... but that is wrong according to you ...
I also actively protested against fracking ( including spending MY money) ensuring it doesnt happen in my country which may or may not have cost some people some employment .... but as you see it I should blindly carry on regardless not choosing where and when I spend the money or personal time I work so hard for
As choosing where i spend MY money may lead to dictating what jobs people can and can't get0
