Only the UK government can call a referendum.Unless you believe that UDI is going to work, you are just going to have to sit back and wait.:)P.S. Scotland needs to be independent to join EFTA. There is no balloon to be flown.Very little of what you post ' is hardly epic news or information for us all either'. Your refusal to even debate or discuss the fiscal reality of this hypothetical independent Scotland is also well known 'to us all' as well.
Here's the IFS analysis.

Their figures suggest the subsidy is more like 11 billion this fiscal year. So perhaps that 8 billion is 'debatable.:rotfl:It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

Apparently even talking about another referendum is enough to get a third of the country voting Tory, which is another reason.0 -

I imagined you would have looked at it that way... but the BBC did report that Moody''s have once again downgraded the UK , and the reason they have given is Brexit
You may wish to take that up with the BBC , stating something different from your beliefs... I will let you decide if you do0 -

Say no more.
You might like to look at the official website instead of biased UK media, paying particular attention to their stated #1 key driver for the change.
And note the change to "stable" from "negative" - an improvement.

Never mind though eh, you discount the rise of the AfD and Merkel's fall in popularity with her polling under 33% this time around as opposed to 41% in 2013.
You must be rattled!0
