I note that the original remarks about the nurse were by Ms Cherry, the SNP's justice and home affairs spokesperson (at Westminster),
SNP's justice spokesperson? Says it all really.
Yes. Guilty until proven innocent. Not great for a woman in her position.
It does seem as though they don't appoint great ministers. John Swinney is on record about the coming oil boom. We're all still waiting for that too. He is supposed to be the economics guru.0 -

So, nurses.
Yet again ISTL is behind the times.
Ten years behind the times, or thereabouts because this is from 2007:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1545458/Nurses-will-earn-more-if-they-go-to-Scotland.html
Read it ISTL.
It goes on to say:
That was ten years ago.
You didn't know?
Just where have you been exactly?
Lol, not behind the times, just leading you where I wanted you to go
It's so nice to see you acknowledge how the SNP are putting Scottish nurses ahead of their equivalents in rUK.
Once again, the SNP leads the way:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

Never mind, I think Theresa May just topped them all tonight in terms of not so great ministers.alexmassieâ€
Not often you see a proper, honest-to-goodness, unmitigated 30 minute car crash. But we did tonight.
I mean, you didn't expect her to actually answer the questions but reasonable to think she might've had better, more plausible, non-answers.It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.

Still squirming and deflecting. How can it be true if it didn't happen? If and when it does, you can call me out on it. But it's exactly what you do. That's beyond doubt.Security for Nicola Sturgeon stepped up after online death threats
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s personal security has been beefed up in the wake of a torrent of online threats hurled at the country’s political leaders. The hate speech, based on hundreds of tweets, included threats of violence and sexualised insults.

I'm not squirming. I was watching Breaking Bad series 5 ep 4 instead. I think this lady's story is misleading or wrong somewhere. Beyond that, it might be a bit more balanced if you took the time to call out, or if the media made much more of a fuss over this sort of thing when it comes to online harrassment also. Evening times yesterday. ( but you never hear much about this sort of thing in the other direction do you.... )Security for Nicola Sturgeon stepped up after online death threats

That hate message you posted and any others like it are disgraceful, the perpetrator should face charges and punished to the full extent of the law. It brings shame on those he purports to support who should distance themselves from his views.
There --- It's quite easy when you try. One does not have to go off on a ranty ramble, leaving nasty comments and lies hanging in the air, deflecting the discussion to some other subject.Union, not Disunion
I have a Right Wing and a Left Wing.
It's the only way to fly straight.0 -

Allow IndyRef2 then.

No, how about letting Scots decide if they want Indyref2 instead of forcing it on a peoples that don't want it?
And how about stopping the Barnett Formula extra now? Let the Scottish Parliament and government show itself capable, which they haven't so far.0 -

It's quite possible that she's telling the truth, but it has undeniably turned into a witch hunt whether she was honest or not. It is shameful.
So people will help her pay to traipse round the world and eat steak dinners and sip champagne .. but wouldn't feed her so she needed to attend a food Bank
Aye ah believe her so ah dae0
