There's no constitutional overstep with the EU referendum. Westminster was in charge all the way. They're not comparable situations.
Just read the article Tricky. When you can put Q.C after your name then maybe we can take your word for knowing better than the peeps that wrote it about the legal bits.
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

It'll be the same kind of legal opinion pieces as those that led you to believe iScotland could inherit the UK's EU membership agreement. How did that work out?

    In other news...

19th June : Barnier hopes to start up the Brexit negotiations.

If Shakey is right and Sturgeon does plan to move quickly after the GE, then it's probably best before the Brexit negotiations dominate the political space.

10,757 posts now and nobody has spontaneously conbusted . There's no 10k limit Shakey, 30 seconds of your time would have easily confirmed that...why don't you check your facts before posting? Are you perhaps just a gullible numpty?

No just numpties. The last two posts being a prime example of them.. well what else can one say really about people slagging off a thread they've actually scrolled down to, clicked on, read for a bit and then actually posted in...several times.

Sturgeon wants Brexit to dominate the political space. The problem she has right now is that all the other parties are trying to pretend it isn't happening. Once it is though, they and especially Davidson, will have to start talking about it and it's implications for Scotland.

It's not the thread I'm "slagging off" :rotfl:

To be fair my view on "numptys" is shared by a few here.

Fair few more disparaging adjectives throughout the thread in response to your spin than mine TBF. ;)

Why did you start this thread when you knew there was already one on the same topic?
