It sounds odd, but I LOVE hearing people are booking and have gone for their smear tests. I know too many people who think it's painful or find it undignified...it's like "guys, it's five minutes and it could save your life".

    Well done ladies!

It took me 5 years to summon the courage to go, for me ironically it was the fear of beind tole i had cancer that frightened me most, but after a friend went to hers and then they found pre cancerous cells it spurred me on to get it done. I did have a panic attack the first time but Swain bought me a Pikachu from build a bear :P as a reward for being brave. This time round was so much easier. I just whipped my kecks off and it was over in 5 mins.

Get it done Izadora you'll thank yourself later. :)

Next door are "fixing" their car. As far as I can work out this involves playing Eastern European rap very loudly and revving the engine continuously for several hours. As it is parked right outside my house I am not happy.

Next week is when we should get some more information about where the cut in hours to our contract is coming from. I have hastily rejoined the union and need to rummage out my contract.
I have also just had the trauma that is clothes shopping as all my summer ones appear to have shrunk. Not one of my better weeks overall this week.
    Hope all are ok?
Melly, are you taking time for yourself? You do need to so you don't crash and burn.

Had a regal tomcat love this morning
In order to achieve this needed to lock Ty out.

Pickle ran in and gave tomcat a huuuuge kiss, he gave her a kiss back it was lovely.

I am about to walk the monkeys then shower and clean for a bit.

Are you not still going to your BPD group, faerie? Isn't there anyone there who can offer a bit of extra support at the moment?

Hi Elsein, I'm struggling to go more than once a week, due to being so physically ill, It's frustrating, as it's such a blockage to accessing my mh service I've been stuck mostly in bed, too zapped and ill, and in pain, to get out of the flat , plus I'm feeling particularly agoraphobic recently
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

I wouldn't worry about it, Penitent. Always handy to know that I'm not wittering away to myself. :)
And while we on the subject, a quick wave at the missing people to say I'm thinking about you and hoping that everything is as ok as it can be when life has thrown you a curveball.
Faerie, what have you done before when you've felt like this that has eased things a little for you?
