shall catch up on thread shortly

I'm feeling annoyed and lost right now. Heard back from my GP, mentalhealth ervices won;t even see me unless i'm in crisis as thats the criteria you have to meet (as its been split into short term care for crisis, and long term for crisis+aftercare). They did suggest a 9 week course on managing bipolar but their only other suggestion was to contact MIND if i need support (which i can;t get cos all their waiting lists are closed). I'm !!!!ed off because i don;t think you should have to be at breaking point to get help and that surely its better to treat a problem before it gets to crisis point. :( so now i'm back under the care of my GP who takes 3 1/2 weeks to get an appointment with.

Thank you conservative government for the cuts and making MH services inaccessible unless you're already at breaking point

I've been having a depressive episode for the past 2 weeks since i heard back but honestly what is the !!!!ing point in me trying to get help when it doesn't exist? sorry needed to rant a bit

That's boo in the picture doing his best 'not me, told her to stop' face.

Just had a huge claw on my neck.
Kev ha's been using the kitchen window and I'm happy with that, he has taught the others. Tiger is a nervous lad who came in, saw dogs and when I first picked him up to take him to he bedroom and food and safety took a chunk out of my neck.
    Second time he cuddled in

    All animals are acting up

    Calm me down
Not only have I just been told OH was agitated last night, when I was told all of the times I called he was calm.
RAID not been organised and not in his notes
But she actually chastised me for not being there now as 'patients need to feel supported by their families'.

    Two things
Firstly he gets agitated when I leave, he's calm when I'm not there but upset when I go so am I.
    Secondly how dare she

Make a complaint if you need to melly. Especially if they're not doing things they should be. Sometimes it's the best way to focus their minds. Pals if you want the soft route, formal letter stating "please take this as a complaint" to the chief exec if you want to seriously kick some butt.

MU, really sorry there's no support out there for you at the moment. That'd just rubbish. Do Mind have any sort of waiting list, for future reference?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Took 9 days for them to grasp I wasn't making it up and perhaps they should give him his fluxetine and any other anti anxiety meds they can throw at him.

Gotta get calm gonna achieve nothing if I flare
And won't help OH to see me angry
