    Good luck at the hospital.

If the water from the shower feels painful will putting the shower on low pressure help or else using a large natural sponge?

Mumtoone, I just peeked at your other thread. The poster that's being a PITA is convinced that EVERYTHING is caused and cured by diet - I've reported a couple of his posts for trying to give medical advice.

    You're a great mum!

    Good luck today Melly :)

Iammum2one, oddly enough this arose this morning when someone on the spectrum told me exactly the same thing about showers. They said that a hot bath is much more relaxing for them and is one of their coping mechanisms - would this be an alternative for your son?

Keep forgetting what I'm doing and just sitting here.

Going to shower that might help me feel better.
Taken kalms given by my mate who is worried about me (if I don't eat something other than a bowl of shreddies she's going to bring a plate round and make me eat it)

    Animals are really upset.
I am a pants dog mum as I didn't give Boo his painkiller this morning.

Does writing things down help at all? I find that when stuff is circling incessantly round my brain getting it out on paper seems to help. And I keep a notepad by the bed so when I shoot up thinking "I haven't done xyz" I can write a reminder. I do tend to wake up to pages of complete gibberish but it does help a little.
Get your bum off the chair and off to bed, or I'm sending Gitdog your way.
