Feeling virtuous after Pilates and signing up for 6 months, I nip into the supermarket and accidentally fall into a load of giant crumpets and dark chocolate kitkats. Possibly not the best time to go shopping.:o

I have also just signed Gitdog up for agility after Easter.
It's on a farm and as he goes completely loopy with clanging gates or the smell of horses/cows it is very likely to be a disaster from start to finish, but we have to give it a go. I strongly suspect I may live to regret it.

Thank you for the reassurance :)

I had a meeting with area manager and HR lady today and it actually was really positive. They were keen to know if theres anything they can do at their end to help, they;re fine with me doing 6hr shifts from this point on and said if i feel at any point i can work more or if its too much to get back to them. The HR lady actually wrote down my suggestion of Time To Change's mental health training and said they'd look into the possibilty of set shifts as it really helps me to have a routine. Also going off to see Occ Health lady at some point, they reassured me that she has more medical kno how and might know better how to help me. :)

So all in all it was a positive thing moving forward.

I was dreading it, thought it would just be a massive bollocking for being off sick too much :o, but the onus was more what they can do to help to avoid future absences. They said they could see i was trying to do all i could on my end (taking meds, seeing doctor asking for referall for MH team)
