Can anyone here do a Rubik's Cube? I have been trying for 30 years now. Tips would be appreciated, online tutorials make no sense to me!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Sorry WaS, had you asked 30 years ago I would have been able to help. I could finish one in about 90 seconds on average back then. Sorry Was, I've never known. My brain doesn't work that way. I always had more fun messing it up.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

I used to be able to manage two sides, couldn't even do that now.0

I never could complete a Rubik's Cube. I did learn how to dismantle and reassemble one though0

I know the day wouldn't go so slowly if I actually did some of the huge amount of work that's piling up..... but motivation is at an all time low.0

I posted a few days ago that I'm going to watch snooker on Friday, and I was (unusually) super organised and bought a train ticket from Bristol Parkway to central Cardiff with an open return (£12 and I'd pay more than that for the bridge and parking if I drove), thinking I could just get the next train after the evening session finishes as it's a main line so they're bound to be running until late.
Err, no, they aren't. Checked the timetables and the last train is at half past nine. That's hopeless. And useless.I remember why I almost never use public transport!

Ono - that's rubbish about the trains. I hate that trains finish up so early. Is there another way to get home or will you have to leave super early?
I know what you mean about motivation tea. I have done some work today but now I'm fighting with myself to do some more, cause I did something and that should be enough!
In good news I finally got a job offer so now a bit more waiting for all the checks and then I can resign.
Tiny food penguin I had to go to the post office to return some forms and I also went to the supermarket for a few things. I was also going to buy junk food and have a mini binge(stress eating, ya know). I walked down the crisps and chocolate aisle and I decided I didn't want any of it and walked away. I did buy flour though because ww put me in the mood to make cakes. So proud of myself for not buying and eating food I didn't want or need!! Sounds like such a stupid thing to say, but sometimes I buy stuff and eat it, just because. end penguin.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Definitely impressive code (job offer and food-wise). I very much failed on that point yesterday and force fed myself doughnuts that I didn't even want.0

Got to say, I very slightly regret it now.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
