    Back again.

It was ok action man has played the AC games and thought it was ok. You really don't need to know the games to go.

Saw Passengers the other week and it was ok. The premise is good.

Torry I can see both sides. And get why you might be annoyed. But to him he probably sees it as he shows everyday he loves you and does not need a special day. And for you want to share it with him.

Action man has told me he is not in cards. I did not get one for xmas. And yes I find it a little strange but his choice.

The other day I saw a little clock that looked like a camper van. he went in to find out the price and bought it for me. Its really sweet and love him for it. But it was £25 and he could have put it towards new tyres or something. But he claims when he sees something he thinks I will likes he will buy it and does not think to much about the cost.

I of course said thank you very much but did say I would prefer if you don't spend that amount again on a spur of the moment gift.

How about everyone makes a pact to do something even if its once a month. E.g go to the cinema, cook a really nice meal etc add your own.Mine is to do as many town tidies as I can. And pick up extra litter when I can.

I got upgraded to posh business class coming back from Nepal. Proper plates, lie flat seat bed, proper wine bottles, smoked salmon and films of choice (this was pre screen in back of seat days.) I was torn between staying awake to make the most of the goodies, or getting my first proper sleep on a plane ever. Sleep won out in the end.
I'd expected to feel out of place as I was dressing in my usual travelling economy comfort rather than fashion clothes. Then I thought stuff 'em, they don't know I haven't paid and I'm as good as them anyway. And the airline staff didn't treat me any differently. I think they're used to all sorts turning up in there now.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

All the really posh people I know are TERRIBLY tatty! (Genuine titled people, I mean, as opposed to posh business people).

Me? Well, I am FAR more MSE. I noticed that you can get Megabus with flat sleeping areas on a poster the other day, and you've reminded me to find out more about it. When I was in Goa we got a sleeper bus to Bangalore, and that was great! Especially if you were a tourist, when you got a proper bed. The locals got cheaper 'beds' which basically seemed to be sleeping in the luggage racks..... (it was over 20 years ago, though)

STILL coughing like a good 'un, and very tired, but feeling fine apart from that thank you.

There's a video of the sleeping conditions on the website. I searched for megabus sleeping, but it's called megabus gold if that's any help. I couldn't actually sort out the video, which looked as if you get a seat AND a bed - that can't be right surely? So I assume the seat turns into a bed (I was expecting a vid of the transformation, but nothing doing!)

Sadly all the routes go north (I could do with London-Penzance once a year) but it seems like a good deal at £25 each way, free refreshments and wi fi!

It's more like a hammock particularly if you get the upstairs bunk. Have done megabus gold once.

It does. I'd definitely try for the downstairs bunk if I did it again. Didn't enjoy the upstairs hammock so much

Thanks but my problem is that we decided together that we wer goin away on our anniversary and he then just didn't put in for the time off. I wouldn't hav been so annoyed if we just thought of it and it was too late but it wasn't. It's just him though, unless I tell him to do things it just doesn't happen but he'd told me that it was all alright and then just forgot. However what's done, or not in this case, is done and I must put it behind me and appreciate that I do have an amazing, loving, wondeful man.:A Just yesterday he came home with flowers just because. So I really shouldn't moan about him.

With him working shifts we rarely celebrate birthdays and anniversaries on the day and this one was jsut going to be special.

It hasn't helped that I'm still suffering with this awful cough although gradually improving after four weeks.

The crown has come off my tooth, hope the dentist can put it back but he's done that once already.
