Yes, I think you can. It's quite hammed up in places, although I haven't finished it yet as I got sidetracked by another thread!(I just lurve spiders!)

I am visiting a car less relative. We have done two trips to Ikea today, and I came very close to throwing myself on the floor and having a tantrum.
That would have been an entirely reasonable course of action IMO. Ikea on a weekend is one of those "why, just why?" sort of things.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -

When I used to go to IKEA, I found that the best time to go was very early, on a Wednesday, (ie to arrive there before the store opened, but when the cafe was open). I'd have a coffee in the cafe to fortify myself, then set off round, the minute it opened, and was usually finished by the time it was starting to get busy.
Weekends were a no-no.
Mind you, I was self-employed, so could plan ahead and book myself out on a Wednesday.(I just lurve spiders!)

2017 is my year of getting things sorted.
I'm saving £10 a week, £5 to cover christmas, and £5 to cover Swain's birthday, Swain gave me the idea, he said that if i put a little away eah week when the time comes i wont be in a massive panic trying to afford everything. What Swain doesn't know is i'm also chucking in a extra tenner a week so i can start paying off my overdraft. I'm trying to do it in managble chunks, i want at least half paid off this year. And the weeks where i get more wages like next week, i'll add more to it. This is probably the first time in my life that i've actually saved money upIts all in a seperete account, so i have my money for spends but that i can't touch.
He;s been saving the new fivers since they came out and now has over £400! That's what inspired me to save really, seeing how quickly he;s saved it up has made me want to do the same. He;s paid off 3/4 of his overdraft and i'm really proud of him, he'll pay the last bit off when he;s back at work, then he's debt free!
I am also quitting smoking as of tomorrow. I say quitting, i'm going back to vaping (i'm on a 3mg liquid at the min which is much less nicotine than a cig and less of the crap thats in them)
Want to lose weight too but i'm going to focus on that in a few months, have been loosly doing the 5:2 one and lost 4lbs last month.I NEED to get back into zumba and swimming, They are the only exercise i enjoy, so need to embrace that.

hi guys, wishing you all a happy and healthy new year. and thanks for being so supportive and non judgemental of me this year!
My goals for 2017 are to try and bust my insomnia, and slowly get back to being a morning person. I got a fitbit for xmas from my friend so it will be useful to track sleep. I need to shed 6 stone, it's got to go, so I need to bust comfort eating.
I want to be more resilient, assertive and less reactive. I need to get my physical and mental health in a better place for the next round of fighting the hospital to get my next surgery as a planned instead of emergency.
I don't feel very positive about the year ahead with more medical stuff but I'm going to try and work on my goals, and I've got my new key worker at the PD centre who is lovely, so that should help.
Oh and I want to be out of this flat and into a council flat this year!! Hopefully the faeries and angels are listening to all of our goals and wishes!!Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0 -
