(((WaS))) as pyxis says don't feel bad. It can happen for any reason.

As pyxis has said we have all done it.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Well tree and decs down. Mainly done by action man as I feel asleep on the sofa :rotfl:

He has gone home for a few days. And he has been so sweet. He was in the car on the drive for a short while demisting the car. I text and said all misted up and he said on the windscreen as well. Awwww and then when he got home said it he was back at the house but it did not feel like home.

And Action collie was going around the house looking for me :(

It was was the last one that really got me.

So alone in the house for the first time in 3 weeks. Nice but strange.

    Yours

You know equally embarrassing things about me so really don't worry
  • Hugs WaS, hope you feel better soon and try not to worry, these things happen sometimes. I had an incident a few years ago, different reason, pretty horrible though and nothing I could do about it at the time.

I have had the grand total of 2 days at home over the holiday. So while catching up with family was good, and less fraught than it can sometimes be, I'm really not ready to go back to work tomorrow either, I still need some downtime in my own house.
Code, on the CV front 6 months isn't a dealbreaker - it shows you have things a proper go.

Gitdog is back from kennels where he apparently didn't move out from under his heat lamp for the full 9 days. He has mislaid the few manners that he had, and his impulse control has gone out of the window. Please let it not be icy until I can hammer some sense back into his little pea brain.

Wishing a better 2017 for anyone who has been struggling.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

9 days under a heat lamp sounds like bliss to me.

    Sleep well, everyone.

Froo does a similar high pitched squeaking, carrying a teddy/chewstick/toy/bedding round thing if I am out without her for more than 20 min's

Someone want to hit me over the head with a hammer?

Dog booties. Try dog booties. They can slow down a dog on slippery surfaces.
