I went to Inverness on a bus once. Did a charity jailbreak thing years ago (get as far as you can with no money). We started in the west midlands and got a train down to London. Then a bus from London to Inverness :eek: Then another bus to Thurso and a ferry to Orkney. Then had to do the whole lot again to get home.
Never, ever again :rotfl:.
Jeez! Tea! I bow down!
How on earth did you do that with no money?
How long did it take?
Want the full low-down now! Did you keep a diary of it all?

I don't post very often, much more of a background person. I just wanted to say thank you to WaS, your description of your inner world and how your MPD works makes me feel slightly less alone with my own MPD. It's nice to know someone else actually experiences the same kind of things and I'm not completely insane.
Thank you, a million times :A0 -
Aw, Hello Miss Mario! Thank you so much for posting, what a lovely thing to say! You aren't insane at all, MPD isn't even classified as a mental illness. We learnt to live this way to protect ourselves so we could survive, we found the ultimate coping strategy and we made it through with help from those with us. My little one, Lucee says hi, particularly to any little ones you might have!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Thank youI do have little ones, the youngest being 3. She loves life and pretty much piggybacks everything I do; it used to annoy me but I've learnt to love her immensely. She's waving frantically and says hi.
My eldest is actually called Lucy as well0 -
Moo/Tea - feel free if you ever have any questions on Environment (all this studying should at least be useful to someone!!!). Sorry I wasn't about to help you out in prep for the interview Moo.0

Hahahaha! I have a very bouncy over-excited Lucee now Miss Mario, she is thrilled when she is acknowledged! Lucee is almost always around watching what I do, she will take over if she gets the chance to especially if I am talking to someone because she is our little social butterfly. This can be embarrassing at times!
I love her to bits though, she is a lovely little 6 year old and now very well adjusted because she had her own therapy to deal with the past separate to me and the rest of us. She is far more sociable than I am these days! Hello to all of yours from all of us!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

I waited all day but they didn't call, it's been excruciating. I rang in the end, they said the psychologist who assessed me is off sick, so I presume I'll have to wait another whole week for them to have the meeting . I'm so low, I'm going to shut down with some binge watching Sons of Anarchy. Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0
