I am looking forward to the photo, pyxis.

lambyr, if you budget appropriately, I see nothing wrong with spending on a dream you will enjoy.

    'lo WaS.

It'll have to be tomorrow now. I had to go out, and. Am too tired to wrestle with bunny ears now!

While I was out, though, I popped into a charity shop and found a blouse that goes better with the corset than the one I was going to use. And it cost £2.99!

My job does have some moments that make me smile. Today's was going to see someone to see how they felt about where they live, and ending up having an indepth conversation about black holes and Star Trek. :)

I am also chuckling that the engineer on Bake Off had an excel spreadsheet with all his timings in 5 minute intervals. That is something my brother would do - when he asks how long something takes to cook and I reply "till it's done" he is not impressed.:rotfl:

  • I think I would probably have done the same given the nature of that challenge, there was so much to keep track of and limited time.

"When it's done" is also my default answer when customers or my employer asks when something will be finished. :rotfl:

I like the idea of the sewn road trip and also the fortune cookies would be a fun gift.

Still missing you, WaS. Hope you are getting better. You are as much a product of your dreams for the future as you are a product of your past. You're a great person.

    Brilliant list, WW!

I thought the sewn road trip might be nice for Georgie to do as a memento of her Dad, or perhaps as a prezzie for her mum?

I haven't seen Georgie for ages. Is she ok?
